Bought this washer a few weeks ago. Set up was fast and easy. I wash clothes 2 times a week, bedding and towels once a week. This washer does an amazing job, no matter how large or small the load

Love how it senses what kind of clothes you put in. The cycles finish so fast and the washer talks to the matching dryer so you're done with laundry in no time! I was forced to buy a new washer and I'm happy i found this one.

Only had for a couple of weeks, but from the use it's had so far... it works. I honestly wouldn't be bothered about the WiFi aspect... more annoying that it notifies via text (and App) when it's finished. We got on Sale, but if you're choosing WiFi or not.... save your $ and don't worry about WiFi.

I purchased this washer because it was the only front-load, full size washer with a depth under 34" that I could find at Best Buy. I had clearance issues so this was a hard requirement. Overall, it works well and I'm happy with it so far. Only issue is that the wifi is very finicky and it won't connect to my router.

I haven’t had my washer very long but it working great. I love that the door has a magnet that keeps the door held but still open to vent. The steam cycle on my white clothes comes out extra white and soft

Uses much less water than my old machine. Clothes come out very clean.

Installed washer and dryer for 2 months. Technicians are very knowledgeable. They set up and make sure machines are running. So far there isn’t problem I like LG brand. The price isn’t too high, the size is good for a small family.

I switched from Whirlpool to LG due to poor reviews on Whirlpool & guidance from a very knowledgeable Best Buy person. So far it’s been a great experience for the last 2 months!
