Pictures are not accurate.
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I purchased this after looking at the photos on Best Buy's website that showed the bottom completely covered by a panel. When the washer arrived it had no such panel meaning the washer is not protected from mice/rats/vermin that might enter our garage. It's an appalling oversight to show inaccurate pictures of the appliance.

Do not forget to hook up the Wi-Fi option as this keeps you updated on the status of the unit.

Unfortunately, the washer has been a nightmare since day one. It leaks from the detergent drawer and floods the floor with water. I reached out to Best Buy within days of purchase, but they offered no support besides telling me to contact LG. LG sent a replacement detergent drawer, but the problem continued. When I contacted them again, I was sent YouTube videos on how to clean the door and seal which has nothing to do with the actual issue. After repeated calls and no real solutions, we’re left stuck with a faulty washer. At this point, I just want to return it and buy another brand. This will likely be my last LG purchase and my last appliance purchase from Best Buy.

The installers came early and double checked to make sure the item was installed correctly (read reviews about steam portion not set up right). I do leave the washer door open after a wash so that it dries out and doesn't mold. So far, very happy with the washer!

I didn’t have a washer for years and going from nothing to this is just magical. Highly recommend it. Has so many great features and doesn’t damage my clothes at all.
