To get the energy star status, the wash water level does not reach the tube and the circulating pump stops after about 1/4 of wash time, not total time. On the sanitize cycle, the circulate pump stop pumping for the last 50 minutes or more of the wash time (1:50 total time left). When the circulate pump is ON, it squirts the soapy water for merely a second on cloths near the door. Resulting the soapy water does not get on the cloths. That's why most washers on the market have option of 2 or more extra rinse cycles to rinse to soap. The old 3.7 CF machine performs better. It's too early to rate the quality of the washer. 3 stars rating is based on the experience with the previous 2 LG washers. I rarely write a review and never rush to write a review after purchase like this item.

I ordered an LG washer and dryer and they delivered my dryer on July 7th and never delivered my washer or sent my money back. Ive called them everyday faithfully and they have placed me on long extended holds for periods of over 1 hour. I order these items since July 1st. We are now in September and still nothing. Not even a call from an agent. They are into some fishy stuff. I'm considering taking legal action because this is ridiculous now.
