In just 1 and a half years, the new machine started having issues. When I turn the dial, it’s not going to the next setting and so no more cold water wash. Highly disappointed with the purchase. I would not recommend LG to anyone.

When the Geek Squad went to install, they found that the doors to the washer and dryer backed up to each other. Not only would they hit an eventually break because it’s glass, but I would have to put my clothes out of my washer onto the floor walk around the doors to then put my clothes into the dryer. So I have a bad back and a bad tip. This is not what I wanted when I purchased this item. The National agent from Geek Squad was extremely rude to me when I called to ask him what to do about this. I have been a loyal Geek Squad customer for many many years but not anymore.
