NOT GOOD, COMPLICATED. MAKES CLOTHES SO MUCH WRINKLE

This machine has been a great addition to our laundry setup. It’s powerful, very efficient, and surprisingly quiet while running. Even with larger loads, it handles everything smoothly and the results have been consistently great. Clothes come out clean, fresh, and well taken care of. The controls are easy to understand and the different cycle options make it simple to choose the right setting for whatever you’re washing. I also really like the sleek, modern design—it looks great in the laundry room and feels like a high-quality appliance. Overall, I’m extremely satisfied with the performance and reliability so far. It does exactly what it’s supposed to do and does it well. I’d definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a dependable washer that works efficiently and quietly.

Everything about this machine has exceeded my expectations. I do not make ANY purchases without doing my due diligence and this machine is fantastic. Its fast, it's quiet, and my clothes feel so good and so clean. I'm lucky to have excellent water quality where I live so I'm sure that helps, but I don't think I could be any happier with the purchase. Delivery was amazing and the guys that delivered were excellent. I'd already purchased the hoses but as they werent delivered at the time and he expressed concern that I didnt have them which I thought was super kind.

I love everything about this washer . It cleans so good that my clothes even work clothes smells so good . It pre ashes good, it lets me know on the app what’s going on, it’s so quiete that I can wash at midnight in my apartment, it has everything a washer needs, and what I love the best is that I waste so little on electricity and it’s big I can wash twice as other washers

Been using the simpler tasks until I figure out all the instructions so have not put it thru its paces and have only done about four washes on the settings that were obvious. I have been using the 15 mins for light items. It depends on how dirty the load is, like oil or construction work the more minutes are needed. Have not worked out the steam part yet. Plenty of choices for customizing it how you want it to work, like two rinses. No clothes tangle to unwind like my old top loader. There is a manual to explain how to do all sorts. Solid machine. Cannot see thru door when working hence 4 stars.

Very good purchase so far, you will need to purchase water lines, it only come with the drain hose. Easy to operate, the wifi option gives an added bonus and takes away the guessing game of when the cycle is finished. Customizable run cycles. Pairs with the stackable dryer which will pre determine the settings for the dryer cycle based on the washers cycle if you enable that feature. Only negative is the cost of the bracket to stack, it's about $50 and for what you receive it should really be around $20 or even included. LG gave a free additional year when I registered for the 1 year warranty so make sure you do that if you purchase!

I’m sure with anything you buy there will be both good and bad experiences. I personally have not had a problem with LG products ever. My choice to go with LG front load washer was an easy decision although I did thorough research on all brands. I am over the moon happy with my LG washer

After having our previous LG washer for 15 years it finally gave in so we chose another LG to replace it. So far the washer has performed flawlessly, although still getting used to the much bigger door :-), and would recommend it to anyone.

We bought this because the repairman for our old machine recommended it. After about one month, everythign still works great. Low water usage. Easy to use controls. A pleasant musical tone when the cycle is done. Very quiet and clothes come out minimally wet which makes the drying time quick.

We've had this for a month now and I couldn't be happier. This thing runs so smooth and balanced and quiet. I have to think that as smooth as it runs it should last a long time.

This washer is amazing. It washes fast and I love the that you can connect to it with the LG thin Q app. It keeps you informed on the usage and any issues if detected.

We are very happy with our new LG Front Load washer. It's works quietly and efficiently. Our previous front loader from an LG competitor was loud, you could hear it throughout the house, and every time the water turned of it would "hammer" the pipes. We barely hear the LG, and no hammering of the pipes.

Only purchased at the end of November, but it is great so far. Very easy to use, cleans clothes well and takes less detergent.
