Have owned 2 months so far so good. It is relatively quiet, cleans well. Lots of options for temp and spin. Much shorter cycle time than my old machine. I haven’t tried any of the remote features or connecting with Wi-fi

Very pleased with this washer. We replaced a 4 year old HE LG top loader with this model. Front loaders are way better than top loaders for water use and avoiding imbalanced loads. It is very water efficient, and most importantly, it is quiet! No more clonking and banging due to imbalance issues! The Turbo Wash feature saves time for most loads cutting run time almost in half.

I really like this purchase. It is practical and helps me a lot.

Pretty good washer, get the clothes clean for sure and many different settings. However, it's pretty low down so requires a lot of bending over to load and unload. I would recommend getting it set up on something. A little loud if you're sensitive to sounds (as in when the water flows in and then is shut off, not the actual machine washing).

I recently bought this washer because it was finally time for a new one. I went with the reviews and now it's too late to return or exchange for a new one. In the beginning it was working great. It was quiet, clothes came out clean, and did not have any problem with it. One month later my husband and I noticed it would vibrate super loud even if it was a light load. Then it started to leak. Therefore we called Geek Squad to service. They came and said to use less soap and adjust the spin cycle. I tried this for the next 2 months and the leaking continued and it still vibrates loud! I called Geek Squad again and they did inspect it and said there was nothing they can do about it. I asked them if I can just exchange it for a different machine and hope to try a different manufacturer. They said it was too late and nothing can be done. I'm really disappointed in Best Buy and Geek Squad that they can't help me in any way. All I asked was to get a different one and they refuse to satisfy a customer. Unbelievable!

Awesome washer! This was an upgrade for an older LG model, much quieter and seems to use less water / more efficient My only complaint is it opens right to left standard and the delivery service from Best Buy wanted to charge $50 to change it. I wish this would have been in the description when buying it so that I could have preordered it the other way around

Not happy with this washing machine: I don’t I don’t understand how this washer machine got high rating with consumer report and other online website when I search for it here’s my issue. About a year and a half the glass door broke out of blue. I had to deal with LG directly and eventually they accepted to replace it. I have no idea what caused the door to break the way it did. No new issue with the drain tube where it hold soap and doesn’t drain well I tried several detergent cleaning and all the tips from the website, but nothing seem to work so far, Internal robber got moldy I clean it every week, but nothing seem to help preventing this built-up mold, which seem to be consistent, I do run self cleaning cycle once a week to help producing the smell of the washing machine. Those are my few issues with it so far and I’m still not able to figure it out all this issues coming from my previous worship machine was uploading and it works for 10 years and the only reason I replaced it because the cost for fixing it was exceeding the cost of replaced, now I’m regretting getting LG and I wish if I got that Brand

I love this washer. This replaced a 30 yr old washer and the difference is night and day. i never realized that my clean clothes from the old tub washer smelled until I started washing in the new washer. Best Buy customer service and installation teams are top notch. We bought what we thought was side by side set but turned out to be stacked. Customer service refunded the wrong equipment, and our new units were in 2 days later.
