Nice washer!

EXTREMELY LOUD

Every phase of the wash cycle is very loud. Reviews said that this was a quiet machine! You know when the washer is running from every spot in the house, this has never been the case with any of my other washers. Immediately had BEST BUY come out to check on the washer and was told by repairman that this was normal volume from this machine from his experience. Maybe I had a lazy repairman? Would love to hear from owners who have this machine and don’t think it sounds like a small plane has supplanted their laundry room.

And my try with this machine , don’t like because the The softness place ., is not working well ..and every cicle time is to much time for complete. I think is increasing energy bill .

I love the pink know vs. the standard stainless steel look. It has so many useful features and can clean our clothes in 20 mintures for a small light load, Enjoy the flexibility of all the features.

I didn’t trouble shooting and it seems to be inside the washer. My wife and I are waiting to see if this washer gets replaced or if they will follow thru with saying they will try and fix it. I feel it should be replaced since a part is bad before we ever had a chance to use it.

Loud banging noises during the first load may indicate that the shipping bolts were not removed during installation. These bolts secure the drum during transport and must be taken out before use — otherwise, the drum can't move freely and may cause internal damage. You can check the back of the washer for any remaining bolts and refer to the installation guide for removal steps.
