This washing machine exceeded my expectations. I do not regret having changed from top-loading washing machines to this great machine and its different cycles for each washing need, which makes my job easier. I recommend this great purchase. Thank you, Best Buy, for sending me this great product.

Great washer. Was able to stack so it was space-saving. Had to upgrade from 20 year old washer - fantastic replacement.

This is the BEST washer I have ever bought. I’m a licensed massage therapist so we always have lots of towels and sheets to wash. This washer literally has saved us hours each week on laundry. Wish I had bought it sooner.

Works well. Needs to be put on extra high speed spin to leave clothes damp and not soaking. Can’t handle a large load too well. App doesn’t always sync. Door needs to stay open between washes for mildew. Cleaning is a little cumbersome.

It's only been a month or so, but we love it. No complaints so far. It quiet, is high capacity, and cleans everything very well. Lots of available options for wash cycles and very simple to use.

This is a dream machine! Gets clothes clean, even a heavy comforter. Very quiet. Worth every penny.

I have baby boy on the way and I’m so obsessed with steaming options and disinfect little clothes etc. it’s so nice you can have everything through the LG ThinQ app. Super smart appliance. I've had this washer for over a year and I'm still impressed with how good it is. The steam and allergiene settings were worth the extra money. It washes fast and we use a lot of the settings. It looks high-end as well.

This washer operates as expected and comes with good features to get the job done. It washes clean, however, two minor disappointing that would have guaranteed five stars are, the machine could be a little less noise and I wish it has a drum light, for me to see inside. Other than that, I am so far pleased with this washer.

The washer had this very strong odor even after running 3 times empty and after using maybe 10 times after. I bought another model of LG washer and dryer in 2007 and I really loved it. I just wish setting the different temps to this model was as easy, that disappointed me a lot sorry to say. This is not a model for older adults. Plus the older model looks better.with the washer dryer and the pedestals

This is our second LG ThinQ washer. We moved and left the old one behind. Wanted the same quality in our new home. Very happy.

LG came highly recommended and ir lives up to the hype. Couldn’t be happier. The depth is great for such a high end machine. Hard to find frint loaders to fit in standard laundry room spaces.

The washer is good, it works good, the normal cycles is 30 minutes, I like it because there is other washers in the market with cycles that last more than 1 hour and it's too long! One thing I don't like is that in every load you have to fill out the soap dispenser, but overall is a good washer and not expensive like other ones.
