We bought this washer to go with the matching dryer for a rental unit. We also purchased this particular unit because we were familiar with it since we have one in our home. This washer is great! Best Buy delivery and installation was excellent!

We love this set. Large enough to wash spreads and large loads. Te steam feature is awesome. Through in a wrinkled blouse/shirt for a few minutes and it is good to go.... I do not like to iron!

After having our last LG washer and dryer for 17 years, we decided not to spend money repairing them and to just buy a new LG set hoping for them to last just as long. So far, we have been really happy with the purchase. It was easy to link them to the ThinQ app and have had no issues with them.

Nice LG washer with a wide selection of options, although we use "normal" 90% of the time. Reasonably quiet. Apparently no pre-wash on this model so ignore the slot for pre-wash detergent. Dellivery was on schedule and the technicians knew what they were doing.

The LG washer is one of the best that I’ve ever owned. The build quality is superb and the included features are second to none.

It’s great for everyday use. It’s super fast. I wan fit king size comforter and washes very good. I also like very much the app. It provides information on energy consumption, tells you when is time to clean the filter and more.

I needed and new front loader washer. My previous LG washer lasted 14 years. So bought the new digital version and was surprised how quiet it was and seemed to wash faster than my previous model. Overall happy with this washer. Would highly recommend it.

Have been using our new LG washer for about a week. It is so much more quiet than the LG we had that was about 14 years old. It is working great, but better than that, the folks who delivered it were top notch-- and could not have done a better job getting it hooked up and taken care of.

Thus far this has been a great washer. One of the best features is getting pinged on my phone when the load is complete. The washer is simple to use, and if you don't know exactly what cycle to choose, the washer will "sense" you load and automatically select the appropriate cycles.

I like everything about this washer! It is easy to use, efficient , and saves water. I have applied for a rebate through Water Smart LA, and since it is on their list I'm expecting to be approved. I bought it on fthe Fourth Of July sale, so the value for my money is great.
