    Two days before we were to receive this washer and dryer, we received a notice saying that we needed to reschedule them. It was difficult to even find out why, but we finally discovered that the washer was backordered and the dryer couldn't be delivered because of snow. And that they both would be rescheduled for 23 February. This did not make us happy as our old washer is on the verge of expiring and the old dryer isn't a lot better. Seems like Best Buy could do better than that?

    ordered back in nov 2022 - scheduled to deliver on mar 15th. A day before delivery they said they can't deliver. Then told me to wait for a month until apr 16th - and then I got a call today saying they need to postpone it for a month!! They already delivered the LG dryer in march and they have no clue when they can deliver the washer. They were not transparent during this whole delivery process - otherwise I would have cancelled the entire order and could have bought dryer/washer someplace else
