    I really like the washer its not loud like the last washer i had and the ai feature is nice. I had a top load washer before and i can tell it uses less water and the clothes actually look cleaner to me and fresh. I would recommend. Had it for a month now with no problems

    I researched the available washers and this model LG was one of the highest rated machines. Best Buy had it on sale and could deliver it the same week for free. The add advised me to contact my utility company to see if I could get a rebate (which I qualified for and got an additional $50). It was easy to hook up and has been working perfectly.

    Nice LG washer with a wide selection of options, although we use "normal" 90% of the time. Reasonably quiet. Apparently no pre-wash on this model so ignore the slot for pre-wash detergent. Dellivery was on schedule and the technicians knew what they were doing.
