I ended up returning my set and exchanging for a samsung washer and dryer. The washer would leave anything bigger than a small load dripping wet and then I would have to run a dryer cycle 3-4 times to finally get the clothes dry. Seems to be an issue with the dryer sensor. Overall a terrible experience with this washer and dryer bundle.

First one had ball bearings in the washer tub. Thank goodness I had an extended warranty so Best But sent a replacement. The replacement lasted only one year. Loud banging during spin cycle and black flakes in the machine and on the clothes after only one tear if use. Replacement will be a different model this time.

Owned for 3 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Pretty disappointed by two things- it’s kind of rough on clothes, some pieces have come apart at the seam, fabric wearing out, and worse, it does not remove surface stains, I was pretty surprised by this, even on a normal cycle, so really best to get an agitator with top loading machine or just go with front loading washer.

I'd prefer to manage myself some of the functions that are automatic.
