My 10 yr old LG washer broke so after comparing other brands, I decided to buy another LG. This one has many of the features as my old one but returns to the panel in the back instead of the front which makes it much easier for a short person like myself to reach into the tub. Some of the features are on the same button it just takes a bit of getting use to to press & hold & find the setting you want. It plays the same little tune when load is done, which can be turned off. Even though I use pods, I like the compartment for softener & detergent , uses HE detergent. The washer itself has a larger tub but is smaller in size. I feel like clothes get much cleaner, it removed a color stain ( I’m a hairstylist ) from my sleeve without pretreatment. It’s pretty quiet while washing but the spin cycle can be quite loud which is why I gave it four stars.

Purchased this washer to replace the my old washing machine and it works good so far. I was afraid it would be too noisy, but it's not that loud. It washes clothes better than my old washing machine but the washing time is longer (at least 1 hour). Best Buy installed the washer and dryer in under an hour and both fit perfectly in my smaller laundry room.

I especially like the quick cycle and the fact that the machine is so quiet. The end of cycle chimes are appreciated as it gets my attention. Not having an agitator is a plus as my former machine used to twist the larger articles such as sheets.

I bought this to replace the worn out front load washer that came with my house when I bought it 2 years ago. I prefer top-load washers. The tub is deep and I am short, but I can reach clothes in the bottom without straining. If I want extra water added, it is as easy as choosing that option. This machine is well rated and reviewed and more affordable than many others. A good value. I am able to wash blankets and my dog's couch cover in it without a problem. I can't speak to how long it will last as I have only had it a couple of months. I am happy with ,my purchase.

Works great awesome washer. This washer has been great a very efficient no problems. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a new washer. Would give it more than 5 stars if I could.

We love our new washing machine. It’s a lot quieter than our previous washing machine. We also love the transparent lid. You can’t go wrong.

Great washer! Quieter spin cycle than my older Whirlpool that this washer replaced. Great, bright indicators for tracking which cycle you are in. Unique chimes for indicating when the washer has completed the work.

Smart washer for sure! It detects load size and balances it automatically. The capacity is great for us because we wash a lot of blankets, sheets and dog bedding/toys. Great quality, easy to use and energy efficient.

Excellent dryer! I love LG appliances so this was a no brainer to get for me. Cycle turn wheel is lit so you can highlight the cycle you want to use. Wrinkle care, great energy saver, as well as, smart diagnosis…what’s not to love!!

Love this Washer, it’s really quiet and very user friendly. Although I haven’t had it for long I’m very pleased with my purchase.

I bought this LG Electric Washer and Dryer set for my Mother for mother's/house warming (new apartment) gift. She absolutely loves it. Every time I call her she will always comment how much she loves the washer and dryer. How clean her clothes are and how quick her clothes dry. She loves the little chimes when she turns them on and when they finish her laundry load. At first she just wanted me to get her a cheap whirlpool set but I insisted I get her an LG since that is what I wanted to get myself. She knew I will only get the best for myself and agreed to it as long as I did not spend more than $800. I spent just under that. She is so happy.

My washing machine was excellent. It really helps a lot my laundry.

Overall, I love this washer. Its narrow enough to fit in my tiny laundry room, and the unit itself is large enough to fit my king size comforter. The downside however is that wash times are always at least 55 minutes long--and thats their "speed wash" setting. Most of the time I don't really mind how long it takes but it becomes frustrating if you only need to wash a small load of laundry. There's also pretty limited wash cycle options. Does a great job spinning out as much water as possible however which does shorten drying time!

I've only had this machine a couple of weeks. However it is a great improvement over my old machine whose cycles often ran one-and-half hours. The tub is large; the cycles run 57-60 minutes; and you have the choice of hot, warm, or cold wash water. I am pleased.

Great washer no issues! Was easy to set up and it gets pur clothes very clean and its pretty quiet!

Washer works great! Doesnt matter the load size. Would reccomend if anyone is needing a new affordable washer

Everything I wanted in a washer. It is really quiet, has a water level adjustment for the load, and has a quick wash cycle that is short with the ability to make some adjustments to this mode. My newly purchased washer that I exchanged for my LG machine had none of these features and was really noisy. Thank you Best Buy for your easy exchange policy so I could get a better washer that suited my needs perfectly. I love my new LG washing machine.

Replaced a well used older and reliable washing machine. We did research on various types of washers and manufacturers and visited a number of retailers. Excellent information and options were provided by the Best Buy customer service representative to meet our needs and preferences. The delivery and set up were done as scheduled without incident…very professional and friendly. To date we are completely satisfied with the washer, as well as it’s on sale cost. It is easy to use and does an excellent job cleaning all types of load sizes and materials.

This washer is great! Quiet, efficient and it has all the right features with none of the unnecessary extras. I love the impeller and its large capacity.
