easy to use AFTER I read the manual

Does a good job on getting clothes clean the first time. I recommend using liquid detergent instead of the pods. Sometimes the pods did not dissolve completely and rinse out. No bad smell if you leave the lid shut while not in use like you get on a front load washer.

The sales associate said they had this product ready to go and he explained in detail all of my questions. I'm happy I got this one instead of the Samsung

I have 2 boys n my husband who change clothes at least 2/3 times a day... now im not stuck washing 8 piles of clothes anymore.. cant wait to purchase the matching dryer!!

It is everything you ever wanted in a washer. Nice and quiet too. The little song it plays at the end of cycle is so cute. I LOVE IT!

I like the bedding option for large items. I just washed a king bedspread, which I couldn't do before. I was pleased with the results.
