I purchased this washer after my new Samsung washer ended up on the recall list, and boy I'm glad I did. Such a better machine all the way around. Wash cycles actually set the time around the size of the load, Samsung did not. Also, the Samsung washer would leave white streaks on my dark loads, I presume it was detergent. I would have to set an extra rinse cycle to thoroughly rinse out the streaks which added even more time to the cycle. Thank goodness for the recall, don't regret switching brands one bit.

Love this machine. Uses less water and it was plug and play. It is big enough for comforters which saves$. We are very happy.

Our house was recently flooded and we lost everything. Decided to buy this LG washer and I am so glad that we did! I liked my Whirlpool washer of 16 years, but I never realized how "out of date" it was until I used the new LG washer. Programming the washer enables the washing time to be so much more efficient. Programming is easy. And, most of all, the washer is quiet! Would recommend this machine.

I bought this washer to replace the Samsung ( recalled). This washer is excellent! I gave it a 4 instead of a 5 because it is a little clunky sounding when it starts and it takes a long time to finish a load. My clothes come out clean.

This washer is very quiet. The large capacity tub has taken our previous two loads down to one. A real time saver for us.

i put my clothes in and by some miracle they came out clean. they were wet though. had to use miracle dryer to dry them. america, what a country

Wanted new extra size washer, the price was right gave it a try. Small loads only issue, don't use as much detergent as usual and does the job. Great for large items .

I am still getting used to all the options, but so far I have no complaint. I like the bedding option for large items. I just washed a king bedspread, which I couldn't do before. I was pleased with the results.

Recently purchased this washer after having a front loader for several years. Love the capacity of the washer, clothes are not twisted and come out clean. Lots of options for different settings. I will never go back to a front loader! Best Buy service was great, servicemen were quick and efficient and very helpful!

This is a quiet machine with a large load capacity. I was able to wash a King sized comforter with room to spare.

this is, far and away, the best washer I've ever owned. i switched from a front loader to this top loader and would never go back. one word of advice: read the instructions on how to load the clothes properly. the lack of an agitator makes loading correctly important. but, done correctly, it washes perfectly.

Love this machine!!! For a family of five, it holds a lot of towels. I enjoy the cycle choices and speed wash.

Has all of the features of the recalled Samsung with a few bonus settings. No known potential for explosions and injuries! I did get the 4 year geek squad... I hope to never need to use it.

This is the first LG washer that I've purchased and love it! It is quiet, easy to operate and does a great job of getting my clothes clean. I have purchased other brands that are well known for their washing machines, but LG has by far out done the prior name brand washers I have had.

This is a great washing machine. It holds king sized bedding easily and gets it clean. Easy to use.
