The washer capacity is perfect for our family. The unit is very quiet as it runs through its cycles and it provides a multitude of options for cloths.

We absolutely love this washer. The glass top is awesome and I can see just how my clothes are getting clean. There is definitely enough water to get the clothes clean. And the spin cycle is great, it cuts down on the drying time. I would highly recommend this washer.

Does a great job with very large loads, was able to fit a queen size comforter in it with room to spare. Its quiet and does a great job, like that it has end of cycle alarm. Don't have a bad thing to say about it, love it.

This washer is excellent and handles large loads especially well, including comforters, but I noticed that it is too efficient and does not APPEAR to use enough water in the normal default rinse , so I always choose the extra rinse option and that settles that problem for me. You have to use HE detergent and put it in its proper bucket and not with the clothes like in the old washers. In the final analysis, washers like this without the center gurgitation are excellent. I would strongly advise you to buy the optional warranty for 5 years and then extend it later because of the electronics involved.

I love my new washer. Been using it for a year now and have not had any problems with it. It cleans all my clothes, Comforters, towels, etc. really great. I love the fact that I can wash my Queen and King size Comforters (one at a time) in it with plenty of room in the tub and they're not packed in it.

We chose the model with just the medium amount of bells and whistles. I love this washer. The spin cycle actually gets the clothes practically dry before even hitting the dryer. And having the signature LG 'song' at the end of the cycle for both the washer and dryer is such a pleasant change from the obnoxious buzzer our previous dryer had.

Best washing machine I have ever used. Love the glass top, large basin and numerous features/settings. It runs quiet and smooth, and even has a soothing alarm when the wash is done.

This washer has great capacity. It runs efficiently and quietly for the most part. The only reason I didn't give it five stars is because when I put large loads in and fill it as full as it can be it sometimes sounds a little squeaky while trying to balance it out... but it's not a problem from where its located in my house.

My first new washer, definitely love how quiet it is! Get to wash a last minute load in the middle of the night with out waking anyone up. Has a lot of space. I never manage to fill it up.

I read all the reviews about this washer prior to getting it and me and my wife love it ...the big complaints that I read about it was that it was hard to keep balanced and that the end of cycle chime wasn't loud ...well I don't know if there was a bad batch that those people got but mine works great and the chime is loud to me and I'm literally half deaf and can hear across our 2200 sqft home just take the time to level it correctly when you get it and read the instructions before you use it ...I know most people don't read the instructions until there's a problem lol

My previous washer couldn't handle my flannel sheet set. They would ball up in the wash and set the machine off balance in the spin cycle. This new LG machine makes a easy job of it.

Motor went out in my GE washer(twice) 3 months after the extended warranty expired, the cost to repair vs a new washer was not much different so trying this LG, really like the capacity and its very quiet.

We've had this washing machine for about one month and so far it's a great machine. Very quiet and washes the clothes very well. The controls are easy to use and read. Matches up well with my dryer too.

This thing washes clothes in half the time my front loader would take. It also holds more clothes for a larger load. It is also much more quiet as compared to my old front loader.

Still Learning

By far, this is the jazziest washer I've ever owned. There's a learning curve. Mostly updates in technology since my previous (bare bones) one was made. Normal load, warm water is a piece of cake. I've struggled a bit with sheets and blankets. The bulky/bedding function seems to be more for pillows and comforters. The heavy duty and normal settings didn't work great, either. I keep ending up with a wad of laundry balled up inside one sheet or blanket, like a big blister of laundry. Yes, I've consulted the manual. I'll keep trying until I figure it out. I threw a load of my son's dreadful hockey laundry in. This washer performed like a champ. The odor-fighting additive might have helped, too.
I like the lack of agitator, lowered water consumption, the auto-balance, and the happy end-of-cycle song. It's fairly quiet, has huge capacity and is, overall, pretty easy to use. We're all taller than average, so the depth of the tub isn't an issue for us as others of shorter stature have mentioned.
Adding liquid detergent and fabric softener is kind of a messy process. Because water doesn't flow until lid is closed and locked, I can't easily rinse the measuring cups. Not a huge pod fan, but that may be my solution.
The delivery and installation process was a time-consuming and frustrating experience. I feel like this washer started off with less-than-ideal mojo. I hope things will look up from here.

Great capacity. Quiet. Washes most of my loads in 35 minutes. Seems to do a good job cleaning in the few weeks I have had it. Glad I made the switch from a front loader. Best Buy did a good job on the delivery and install.
