I'm using it as a computer monitor and the color, brightness, pixel response times, and refresh rates are great. Unfortunately is a giant downside to this TV. The auto dimming on this thing is atrocious. The TV is constantly shifting brights, focus, and sharpening. it's dim when you don't want it to be, and then too bright immediately after when it shouldn't be. LG REALLY needs to allow the user to completely turn off all auto adjustment without having to buy the service remote and digging through those settings.

The picture & sound differences are not noticeable unless you have the two side by side
