I asked for a 120 hz tv, salesman assured me this

He assured me this midel is 120hz, even looked it up. It had to be ordered. I picked it up, set it up. When I first had the opportunity to view I was shocked, this is NOT 120hz. I checked the rear of the tv, 60hz. I can NEVER purchase from Best Buy again

Very nice picture, tricky setup

I liked the Samsung but the heat from the tube was intense. I found the LED's are much cooler to operate so on with the search. I found the picture in store to be much crisper than the Samsung and the bright whites didn't pixelate in heavy motion. Also the black shades are smooth with no banding. The 4K is so awesome it takes some getting used to the clarity, some things distract you from the movie. Adjusting the picture at home is an ongoing process. I wish there were a step by step process or maybe a dvd you could use to adjust the settings. Couple of notes. I got a great deal buying this on Labor Day. Was $90.00 less than I almost paid earlier in the month. With the savings I elected the 5 year protection as I read in some reviews this tv will just turn off and never turn on again. Over all I'm happy with my purchase.
