I thought an LG would be the same quality I went in store to try the remotes and chose this LG. What a mistake! The remote does accept a press and hold - but it has to be pressed several times before it responds. The TV itself loads ridiculously slow. My cheap Vizio loads faster than this one. And once it does load I get a notice that yet another update must be done. Daily. I don’t even understand why since it’s set to auto-update. Save your money and skip this disaster of a TV

LG TV missing parts

We are unable to use it, and have not been able to get replacement parts from LG. We were told the replacement parts are out of stock.
