Highly Recommend This Television
||Posted . Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. My 2008 Samsung tv I bought from Best Buy died so after researching televisions I picked this one. I can't believe 17 years ago my old samsung TV cost $1200 compared to the latest and greatest lg oled tv was half the price. I'm not a tv expert by any means I'm just an average joe who appreciates how easy it was to set up, literally plug it in, follow the steps on the screen, connect to wifi automatically and bam your good to go. Every time I would go to best buy and look at tvs over the years I always wanted an lg oled it always looked the best compared to all the others on display. I can't believe I finally got one and I would highly recommend this TV over all the other brands out there as lg has made there name well known for oleds. The picture is crystal clear and the sound is really good. I believe this TV is the best bang for your money.

Perfect bedroom tv!
||Posted . Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought this to replace a 2010 42” LG TV in my bedroom. I wanted a larger size and had been considering a 55”, but couldn’t find something to fit the quality I was looking for on my sub $800 budget. Purchased this below that price point on-sale. This doesn’t have the brightness of the higher models, but that’s not necessary for my usage where it’s typically morning or night. Plus I can control the light if I’m having a lazy day. I have a 2 year old budget LG in my office. Web OS is a much better experience on the B4, I have to admit I almost didn’t purchase this due to my experience with that underpowered processor. There was some initial slowness in Web OS when I first got the TV, which is probably due to it updating apps and software in the background. Over the next month I have not experienced that with the B4. Mine is in a corner of a 13.5’ x 12.5 bedroom. Audio from the tv speakers is decent, but I’m glad to have a Denon soundbar as I wouldn’t be happy with only the tv audio. This is my first OLED TV and the colors/ blacks are simply gorgeous. I ended up rewatching several episodes of Foundation on Apple TV, which looked phenomenal. The 65” Samsung Frame in my den doesn’t have the same punch in comparison! I’m very happy with this purchase. For my application the model and size is absolutely perfect.

I'd recommend for the sale price.
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. For the sale price of 600 bucks I don't see any other oled tvs matching this one for picture quality and brightness. 600 for a 48in was definitely easier to swallow than the 1000 for the c4. I'm only planning to stream using apps so it'll do that just fine.

The next-gen of TVs
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. It's a really great picture and offers tons of user friendly features. I really like the built-in Ai systems for image and sound quality. You can have a standard definition TV channel running for a few minutes and then image enhancement makes them look like HD channels, that was pretty wild to me. The brightness also really helps counter any light glare on the screen which is really nice too. These ultimately made understand better why 4kHD TVs are becoming less expensive, the OLED really is a next level, mind blowing experience compared to them. It's night and day, I'm glad I was able to catch the Labor Day discount sale at $750, I've been wanting one for some time but couldn't find what I want for under $1000. The only down side is getting the thing out of the box without breaking the screen. The screen is very very thin, like I'm talking iPad thickness here. (I measured and it's actually 3/8 inch thick!) It's pretty heavy and there's almost no way you can pick it up without leaning it over entirely on one side to get a grip that won't damage the screen. (not a fan of that when it's a $1000 tv)

Excellent TV for the Money
||Posted . Owned for 6 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Last TV I purchased was a 1080P Vizio in 2011 but I recently picked up a Samsung G6 OLED and experience the colors for the first time. It was such a great experience I decided to move that Vizio in the play room and purchase a new TV for the living room. This thing does not disappoint and also works well with the new consoles at a fraction of the cost of the C4 or C series in general. I'm not a big TV guy but when family comes over they've frequently commented on the colors, especially when football is on because they are vibrant while also not bleeding out which is what makes the OLED tech so interesting.

First OLED TV and does not disappoint...
||Posted . Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I purchased this to get the most out of PS5 Pro. The quality of the picture and all the settings for gaming are crazy. I couldn't be happier with this purchase. I caught this on sale for $599, and that's a steal. If you're on the fence, I suggest going for it.

Best OLED TV deal - Stop scrolling and click buy
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I had been researching OLED TV's for the past few months, and ended up purchasing the LG B4 OLED 83" model on Black Friday. Amazing TV!! So when I saw this 48" LG B4 OLED model go on sale for $599 I decided to purchase two, to upgrade a couple of 5 year old Samsung TV's in my bedrooms. The picture quality is superb. Has Dolby Vision, and Dolby Atmos, and 4 HDMI ports - perfect for gaming. The TV sound is adequate, but I usually attach a sound bar for more bass and depth. I was worried about the Operating System after seeing mixed reviews, but the Smart WebOS system is intuitive and easy to navigate, although a little ad-heavy for my liking. All in all, the value can't be beat. No better TV at this price point. Super happy with my recent purchases. Would recommend to anyone looking for a quality TV that won't break the bank

||Posted . Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I replaced my old LG Led with this and I dont regret it. It has a split screen option and it is super clear and crisp. I didn't even need a soundbar since it is just in my room. I love LG TV line ups always a fan, forever a fan.

The Best Value in OLED
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I got a great deal on a Samsung 77" S89C Quantum OLED TV last Christmas, so I was all set for my main TV. But when I saw this deal, I couldn't pass it up. It makes for a perfect bedroom/den/secondary TV. The brightness is lacking, nowhere near the Samsung, nowhere near the G4, and not as bright as the C4, but what you get is an unbelievable value. $600 for the 48" version is unreal. Picture quality is very impressive, the sound quality is actually pretty good. I love that it has Dolby Vision, which the Samsung lacks. I have included a photo of today's game. Happy Thanksgiving, everyone!

OLED is the way to go
||Posted . Owned for 3 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Man do I love this TV. I’ve been meaning to get a TV to take advantage of the power of the Xbox Series X. Let me tell you, the difference between an OLED TV and your run of the mill 4K TV is not comparable. The price was fantastic as well.

Good first-timer OLED
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The picture is amazing… most of the time. Even after turning off all of the motion smoothing, noise reduction and “AI” features, 1080p and lower content still looks a little shaky. I also had trouble with screen flickering at first. I think it was a power issue, because it stopped when I started turning off the power strip when not in use. Needless to say, movies on 4k Blu-ray look amazing, which outweighs my minor quibbles (like the unavailability of certain apps - mainly the Criterion Channel).

||Posted . Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.First ever OLED TV, delivered in 2 days on time. Its been incredible, upgraded from a 6 year old roku tcl tv and this is WAY vetter than i ever thought itd be. Jaw dropping visuals, louder than I thought it would be, perfect for a bedroom and especially great for a dark bedroom. For the price, cant beat it!

Use Game Optimizer for Dolby Vision Content
||Posted . Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Dolby Vison is dark but looks best when you switch picture mode to Game Optimizer. I have tweaked the settings in other picture modes. I recommend to do the white balance calibration on rtings website. Certain modes seemed to have a green tint. I recommend to turn down green tint and increase red and magenta saturations ever so slightly. I do like Filmmaker mode, but even though I have tried to improve it, dark movies and Dolby Vision still look best in Game Optimizer (uncalibrated). "Expert (Dark space, night)" is my other favorite picture mode. I did calibrate that one, under the white balance per the rtings website and also did some color adjustments. I am now SUPER happy with the way these colors look. - A word of caution, if you watch dark Dolby vision movies during the day, in a bright room, you will find this display too dark! I only watch tv at night with soft room lighting. This is my first OLED tv and the great price made it irresistible.

Good TV for gaming and watching movies
||Posted . Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.First off, the TV itself looks amazing. Compared to my C3 I really can't tell much difference...the C3 is slightly brighter at max brightness but I never have either that bright. Gaming performance is excellent. It supports 120hz and VRR on all 4 HDMI ports. Pixel response is good, particularly in low latency mode. It also does support G-Sync and works great as a monitor. I've got mine hooked up to my gaming PC and it's been working flawlessly. The only thing that I don't like is it seems to have a bit of coil whine at high brightness levels. LG support told me it's likely coming from the power supply of the unit and it should quiet down over time. To be fair I am very sensitive to that type of high pitch noise so a normal person might not hear it at all. I'll update my review if it ends up quieting down or if I end up having the TV replaced. Overall I'm pretty happy with the B4, especially on sale for the price I paid. If it's on sale again I'd recommend it. If not, I'd wait until it is. At it's normal price you'd be better off going with a C4 for a little bit more.

Excellent Value & Performance
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Needed a new flat screen ahead of our kitchen renovation and the LG fit our needs exactly. It’s fast, sharp and bright even against our large windows in afternoon sun. The sound is surprisingly good-better than expected! The remote is easy to work with and is much like the one on our 65” LG in our great room. Software isn’t wonky and there’s so much programming that we probably will never get through. Well worth spending a little more for an upgraded unit. Very pleased. Also very happy to purchase from Best Buy.

Great first OLED TV
||Posted . Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Setup is easy and the display is flawless. Screen is bright enough to be in a highly lit room and the 120Hz makes Call of Duty and Gran Turismo 7 on my PS5 that much better. Very happy to have gotten on a discount at the time also.

AWESOME
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I'm so happy with this TV. I collect movies, so this was mainly to watch blurays. What I was interested in was Filmmaker Mode, I would prefer to see a movie as unadulterated by TV presets or custom settings; like if you go from one theater to the next it will look the same. I actually read bad reviews on Filmmaker Mode, but I love it. The speakers are so good imo. I'm using the AI sound preset (forget the exact name) and it sounds fantastic. The smart hub is cool, and I like how easy it is customize. The Magic Remote is pretty great, I like how you can do voice commands. The scroll is cool. The LG ThinQ app is handy and cool. I also like that you can bring hour phone files up on the TV. It's such a beautiful looking TV overall, very thin. For me, it is perfect.
