Went in to buy a tv that I learned didn't have the smart tv feature then stumble upon this lg in the returns section brand new but opened. Great picture quality, great sound, easy to use built- in apps.

When I brought this tv I thought it was be small but I was wrong , it was large and the quality is great with built in apps

Love this smart tv. Have 2 vizio smart tv's, but decided to go with lg this time. Definitely a good choice. Worth the extra money to get a better product.

Reviews said Picture is dim, true but in dark room it's fine. Has optical connection which wasn't expected and has some Smart TV features I like, Auto turn on shows in Guide selected for day. Now the bad part, I noticed after the 14 day Best Buy warranty that the top of the screen was bulging out from a piece of plastic sticking out behind the screen with.white light behind it. The manufacturing warranty covered a local TV Shop Repair and all is good now. So drop two stars for that.

The adjustable settings on the TV do a fantastic job of working with any room lighting.

Clear picture, great size and great price for an open box item.

I have nothing negative to say about this tv. My Visio picture wasn't this good and after a while, the power button was hard to push to turn off. But this tv is fantastic! It's also very light and easy to move. And set up super easy. Will never go back to vizio. Love this one!

Black friday makes me kinda crazy, so I purchased 3 TVs from 3 different retailers with the plan to return 2. I went to Best Buy last and after talking to a BB associate about the pros and cons of all 3, it was an easy decision to go with this one even though it meant passing up 4K resolution on less popular brands for an LG 1080p. So far I have no regrets. Great picture, lightweight, great performance overall. And with no cable TV, I love all the options on the smart TV. It even has built in screen share. I'd buy it again.

Legs are easy to install on TV. Great pic and easy to navigate! I love it! Not too heavy to move. Great price and smart tv!

This TV was fairly easy to set up basics and the picture is great. The LG Content store and apps are limited though. I attempted to research to be able to access Plex Media server using the Plex app. Not available for this model. Also isn't easy to set up more complex uses like mirroring devices.

This TV is light and easy to hook up.The picture and sound are excellent.Replacing an older model gained us about 4" more picture with a lighter looking frame all in about the same spaced footprint.I would not hesitate to purchase another of this type.

This was a Cyber Monday special. & I really wanted a 4K when I purchased this TV. We bought a 4K-LG for our studio a few months before I purchased this one and the color is amazing! It was also $700 more! lol! So far this has been a GREAT TV and the color & picture is great. Only problem we ran into was when it came to connecting it to our Netflix and Direct TV. LG does NOT include instructions that take you through this process. You have to go online and figure it out for yourself. My hubby is a Digital Engineer and even he filled the house with LOTS of 4 letter words that begin with 'F'!!!! lol! ( NOT a Best Buy Issue it's a LG issue & they really need to do something about! ) Will eventually move this into our Bedroom and replace with the 4K I wanted :)

My very first purchase of a big flat screen TV was a different brand and was defective. :( Best Buy Geek Squad and customer service were very accommodating in trying to resolve the issue. When all else failed, they had me return it. I chose to go with a different brand at a little higher price. I had read the reviews for this TV and also consulted with friends & family about their experience with it and it was all very positive. Have only owned it for a couple of months, but am very pleased with the quality picture and ease of use. I'm liking the LG brand. Also purchased the LG soundbar/woofer from Best Buy at a great price and the sound is awesome. Very happy overall!

I bought this 49 inch LG Smart TV on black Friday for 299. Its definitely one of my best purchases. It was light weight, easy to place on the wall and now I have a tv for my den!

This is my first SmartTV and I couldn't be happier that I selected a LG!!! It has a great picture, is easy to operate and set up, and even without a sound bar, it has decent sound (unlike most flat screens). It has a multitude of setting options to change/enhance the picture and sound, depending on the type of programming you are watching. It comes with lots of preloaded software, including Netflix, Vudo, and Hulu. I bought this TV on Black Friday and got a great price on it. The sales experience was great, especially with the crowds in the store that day! Overall, a great experience and a great TV!!!!

Works great had since last Black Friday with no issues. My other tv is smart vizio but just turns off sometimes for no reason. Also I have an LG phone so I am able to stream via the screen share on my phone and watch Netflix and Hulu without Wi-Fi using my unlimited data on phone. My vizio has no such capabilities so very glad I went with the LG as I have been using their phones for years and when my data gets high I just use the hotspot on my LG tablet. Great TV thought it might be a little big for a bedroom tv but its the one we mostly watch so very happy with my purchase.

Got this at great price point. Glad we did. Very easy to use, and connects to Netflix quickly. Picture is very clear. Definitely recommend it.

This LG TV has a great picture and is very lightweight. It is a smart TV which is nice. The only drawback is that it has limited adjustment features. Overall, great value!
