I also find it difficult to like it because it only fills with water according to the load weight. I washed my sheets on the bed in cycle and there was still laundry detergent on the sheets after it was washed and dried and that was bothersome to me. It should've been completely rinsed and because it only washes according to the weight I think it didn't rinse the detergent out completely

Works efficiently & effectively. My mom loves it. She says it works like a dream. Cuts down on amount of baskets of clothes that need to be washed because it’s so big. Makes life easier. Just make sure you have a door big enough to get it through.

Great High-Tech Washing Machine

For same-size load this machine uses much less water and detergent than our older machine, and does a good job getting clothes clean. In addition, adaptive tub drive means machine shaking is minimized during spinning. Hoping that this machines gives us 10+ years... only time will tell.

The machine is relatively quiet but I still close the laundry room door. I am 5'5" and have to stand on my tip toes to reach/remove the clothes at the bottom of the wash basin. The washer has plenty of choices for wash cycles/water temp, etc.
