Delivery guys were awesome. Set up and and demonstration were professional. So far so good. Replaced a Sears product that only lasted 5 years. It was so loud it was ridiculous. My wife is a washaholic. It's handled big loads, it's cleans well and is easy to operate. We're getting our moneys' worth.

Nice washer and EXTREMELY quiet. It sits next to my office and I barely hear it, even during spin cycles. It's clear glass lid is an interesting feature, but steams up during hot or warm cycles. The washer cleans well. There are only two of us and we don't get too dirty, but the clothes are clean. I would like to see more standard cycles. There aren't many and that would be nice.

Decided on a LG Washer, best decision ever, compared to other washers we are happy with the ease of setting controls for washing, and the quietness of the machine. We were really happy with the Geek Squad who also delivered and installed our washer, very professional.

Washes well ,runs fairly quiet,takes large loads and cleans well

We’ve been shopping for a new washer for awhile. Best Buy offered the brands that were the highest rated. Our salesperson was very helpful in making our choice. We couldn’t be happier with the washer. Capacity, ease of operation, and appearance make our choice a hit.

Have used this washer about a dozen times. This has a giant tub! Great for large loads. I haven’t had any problems yet, do recommend that you read the manual before the first use. I also recommend the Water Plus button that adds more water to the wash.

I love this washer! It adds only the amount of water based on the load of clothes. I love the different settings and it automatically sets the temperature, spin etc. based on the size/weight of load. You can manually change it but I usually leave it the way it's set.

Love the large capacity, and the sensor to know how much water to use. Also love the SmartThinQ, I know can work on other things and be notified when the cycle is complete... or delay start when I know I will be there to change the laundry.

We purchased a new washer to replace a base model washer that was over 10 years old. The installation team from BB came well equipped and knowledgeable on not only the washer but the hose and basic home functions. We have completed nearly 60 washes with very little issues (mostly learning curve of a new smart washer). The wirless connection was a bit tricky because it cannot connect to a home network containing symbols (!,./) Which is an odd requirement. So we ended up having to rename our wireless network and reconnecting all of the established devices so we could utilize the app as intended. With that being said - i enjoy having the app to change the specialized wash settings, and reminders for the tub cleaning. This washer is worth EVERY PENNY YOU SPEND! No odors, no weird sounds, it has been the best!

The quality of this washing machine looks an feels good. The tub is stainless steel and it has lot of options of wash cycles. The tub is of good size to wash comforters and large towels. The only reason I have given it 4 stars, is its a bit noisy. I have owned the machine for about a week and so far I am satisfied with the wash quality.

Great product & features for the price! Best Buy beat the competition by $50. Absolutely love the tub size! Cleans clothes very well! Disappointed that some options are not available depending on the load type selected. For example, I'm not able to select a 'normal' load and 'hot' water. The hottest water selection for a normal load is warm.

I went from a side loader to this big monster top load it cleans better and the clothes smell better and my whites are nice and white and I like how if it’s unbalanced it will text your phone letting me know to come check it’s just a great machine

Very durable washer,leaves your clothes nice and clean.The tub is deep,and wish after it was done washing your clothes the bottom would raise up to make it easier to get your clothes out

Easy to use washing machine. Cleans well and is not loud

Replaced my 3.5 year old Samsung with this washer, hoping it will last longer. The Samsung had problems from day one and finally quit. Washer was delivered and hooked up by Geek Squad. I was given a very short demonstration. When I put the first load in and the tub began to fill I noticed water dripping on to the floor. I immediately shut it off and removed the water and clothes. Being a Friday afternoon, I knew my chances of getting service were slim and none and I had a ton of wash to do. I removed the back cover and found a small plastic tube connected to the drum split open. The tube clamp was not installed properly and had split the tube. I cut off the split part and reassembled the tube on to the tub, clamping it properly, and the washer works perfectly. I would suggest getting a full load demo before letting the delivery people leave!

The washer works well. I love not having an agitator. I like how the machine checks the load for how much water is needed before the water goes into the tub. Very quiet. The song for the end tells when the load is ready for the dryer.

I don’t make big purchases without doing extensive research. I researched online and in person numerous times. I am SO glad I chose this washer! It is so easy to use & cleans my clothes perfectly. I couldn’t be happier with this purchase.

I've only had this about a month but I am very happy with my purchase. No complaints. Works excellent. clothes come out smelling clean. Only problem is I find myself watching the laundry through the glass top! Highly recommend

My previous LG Washer died after 5 years right after the warranty period. Major bummer. This washer is even quieter, and my clothes are cleaner than before. Cycles are faster, and I am using less water than before. I highly recommend.

I can't say enough good things about this washing machine. The tub is huge, my clothes are clean and smell amazing! This machine is very user friendly. I'm so happy I decided to purchase it!
