Works amazing and very convenient!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

All in one washer is a space and time saver. Load, and select your settings. Washer also has detergent and softener reservoirs. Which doesn't need to be filled every wash. Average wash dry is between 2 - 4 hours. Depending on load, extra rises and dirt setting. All in all best purchase we made.

This washer/dryer great I don't have to go up and down basement stairs as often. This makes chances of falling less likely. I don't go down the basement until laundry done.

It’s great. I didn’t think I’d like it but I really do!! I put detergent & softener it. It will do up to 30 loads of clothes. I just put the laundry in the tub, turn it on and wait for the music to signal it’s done. Awesome!!!

Just had this delivered and installed yesterday. First, I did a small load with just 4 waffle towels. It took 1.5 hours to dry. (But it was bone dry). The bigger issue is that the unit stank up my entire living area with this horrible toxic plastic smell and also left the smell on the towels. I had to open up windows overnight and it’s still not completely gone, and the drum still smells bad. Support articles for older models say that it goes away in 10-20 washes???? Are you kidding me? I could deal with it if it was just the air smell but it’s also stinking up my clothes?? Will be returning

Machine runs great, silent and efficient. It might take a bit longer to dry clothes but thats no wrong compared to its practicality and benefits, particularly for small apartments.

Love this combo washer and dryer. Put my clothes in and washes and drys in less than 2 hours without my having to switch out the loads from washer to dryer. I love anything that makes things easy and convenient.

It's great for saving energy. I will say if you're that person who likes too take a load out and start another it may not be for you.

Everything couldn't have been better. Arrived on time. The two young men were very pleasant. Couldn't be happier with the washer/ dryer very quiet. Wash and dry operation great.

This washer dryer all in one is amazing! We had a stacked unit we replaced with one of these so we could clear up some space. We read and researched so many reviews on these and the main thing people say is bad is its drying capabilities. This thing drys great! Now it doesn’t leave your items roasted and burning to the touch like a traditional dryer but it definitely drys cloths.

So far quiet and stable. Heat pumps are the way to go.

This washer dryer combo is good for large loads which can be left to be done without worrying about forgetting clothes in the washer. But it takes a little longer than stand alone washer dryer but it’s very convenient.

Okay, this was my dream washer, but truthfully, it took only one month before the heat coils got completely covered in lint. I emptied the lint tray after every wash and kept it as clean as possible. Then, about four weeks in, it started taking three times as long to wash and dry anything. It was installed per the instructions, is perfectly level, and it's not suffocated, but clothes would still come out moist after a full dry cycle. I found that the filters in the lint tray were absolutely caked, including the coils behind them. How does this happen in one month with constant upkeep and cleaning? Even tiny loads have issues.

Great machine being able to set it and forget it. The app notifies you right away of any issues or when its done. Only problem is the lint trap has faulty and gets stuck. Samsung custumer service was great and sent improved replacement part right away.
