I suffer from asthma and this machine is rated to help with this. this machine does it all I'm just disappointed it doesn't have a setting to fold the clothes also. LG did a great job with this machine!

We followed all instructions on maintenance regarding lint including cleaning out the 3 normal areas that trap lint. After spending hours attempting repair / replacement of the unit with LG and now Geek Squad, I’d recommend purchasing something more reliable. Not sure I would buy an LG appliance again. They make great TVs, but this washer/dryer combo is too expensive to have these kinds of significant issues so early during ownership.

If the unit has stopped draining, one helpful step is to check the drain pump filter behind the small access panel at the bottom front of the unit. Even if the lint traps are clear, debris can sometimes collect in the pump filter and restrict water flow. Too long to dry

No matter what I did as soon as the timer got to four minutes. It would add another 10 minutes. It did this countless times. Unacceptable.

I love with a large family so that may factor in, but to deep cleN the fliter twice the month just to insure we have tne landry to dry is too much and the time takes too long for loads.

Terrible and overpriced.

When you choose a wash dry cycle it always leaves the clothes damp instead of dry, no matter how many clothing items are in there. Lastly, it takes 4 plus hours to wash and dry one load! I am not a fan and do not recommend.

It was hard navigating through LG support but finally i was able to get them to take a look at it. They need to replace the whole filter unit but of course the return period with LG expired a few days ago and I'm still waiting for it to be fixed. Ill update the review with LG support as i'm in touch with them. If your top filter stops working, please just return the unit to best buy. An additonal waste was I had to pay for a new pedestal instead of using my old ones as the bestbuy guys who arrived said they dont place the new machine on old, prepurchased pedestals. ...

I’m super glad that I did. No need to rewash clothes that lingered in the washer because I failed to transfer to the dryer.

It is possible that this appliance does not need one, but it would be good if this design choice was justified somewhere in the manual (it is not).

Ran for hours before items were dry. Exchanged for a stacked unit with separate devices - much better outcome. Best Buy customer service was very helpful with this situation.

Repair manuals aren’t available to normal humans, so good luck fixing it yourself. But that is not enough to make me write a scathing review. I’m writing this because LG’s support ghosted me so bad that I filed my first ever credit card chargeback. And then LG, instead of taking the hit for their terrible support, sent the chargeback to collections. So if you want a washer that doesn’t work and support that is so bad that it hurts your credit rating, buy this! Otherwise not so much.

Love the easy to clean lint trap. It was really easy to set it up on the LG app. Haven't begin to expore even a quarter of the options.
