The installers clearly did not know what they were doing. They even "threw away" the shipping bolts that belong to the machine. Now, according to Best Buy, I have to buy replacement bolts directly from LG — about $35 + tax per bolt - there are four of them - plus delivery. Alternatively, I could purchase them on eBay from this installer, I assume. Do not use Best Buy’s installation service.

Constant Delay with other settings disappointing

However I can not use any different settings without it going straight to delay 3hours. As a mom I have lots of clothes and bedding to wash, I do not have time to constantly wait hours before it decides its finally going to was my clothes. If I would have known this was an issue I wouldn’t have even bothered with buying this machine. Why can’t washing clothes be simple anymore without all the extra hassle just to wash flipping clothes.

No light inside the dryer and no backlighting of the options in the selection screen.

It is a good basic washing machine. I like the front load washer and dryers. So far I am satisfied with the LG 5.0 High Efficiency Front Load Washer.
