Very quiet and easy to use. It’s the quietest washer Ive used so far! And I love how spacious it is. It holds quite a bit of clothing and I don’t have to worry about washing my blankets, toilets and sheets. Happy w this purchase!

This came from Best Buy Outlet as a replacement for a different model (LG 4500) that had issues. I've had this for a couple of weeks and have run it through most of the cycles. It's quiet, clothes are clean, it's very easy to use, and I love the way it communicates with the dryer. Also, I like the app so I can control washer remotely (and in particular I can tell how much time is left on the cycle--handy because I live in a four-story home and can't always hear the cycle end beep). Love the door and how it stays open just slightly to vent the drum (instead of having to stay wide open as my previous machine required).

The washer is so quiet. If is very user friendly. My white clothes are brighter. I like the WiFi app - I can start my load even if I’m not home.

Absolutely love my new washer. The “turbo” mode makes the clothes much more dry than our old model, so less time drying and less “wear and tear” on the dryer. Also like that it send you a text when it’s done so you don’t forget your wash and find it the next day, smelling not so fresh... I love the speed was function for an emergency load or lightly soiled items. So many options that I haven’t used them all yet.

Love this washer. Previous one was top load and used a lot of water, front load high efficiency is the way to go. Clothes are still clean, but less water used. Has quite a few useful functions if you want to use them, though the basic ones work great. It is very quiet and solidly built,

Bought this new LG washing machine to replace our previous LG that we had for 14 years. Looking forward to at least that many years of usage with this one! It runs so quiet that sometimes we have to double check to see that it is on. Clothes come out amazingly clean. LG is the only way to go when it comes to washers and dryers IMHO.

This washer does a great job. I was on a tight timeline as my old washer suddenly died. Glad I found this on. Probably more bells and whistles than I will ever need. Nice wifi/app feature that lets me know when a load is done. Very efficient use of detergent and fabric softener. Clothes come out great.

This is not a one week review, or even a one month review. I waited over a year to express my opinions. This has been an excellent product from day one. It works fantastic and operates as described. It is full of features and does an incredible job at what it does. I could not be happier with this purchase. Laundry is clean every time. Flawless!

We have had this washer for just under 3 years and overall it was pretty decent up until this past 6 months. First, the wi-fi isn't really useful since your washer always has to be on to run it. So, someone has to turn on the machine if you are not at home in order for you to connect and do what you need. Second, the knob to select the cycles is broken and won't turn to the correct setting. As a result, we have to try and figure out the wi-fi settings in order to get the machine to work on the correct cycle. And, we bought a service plan, but surprise, no one has record of it! Be careful with this over-priced machine.

My wife was against any new machine that had more than the main dial, water level, water temp. The sales tech explained that to get the volume for the washer and dryer (5cu ft) with any quality we needed to move up to this model. It seems that when you move to a machine she was looking for, the quality of the total machine was also reduced. Bottom line to go simple with operations you go low on quality. Now: after using this LG product for several washers, loves this LG and says the way the controls are set up makes it very simple.

We bought this washer to replace a 20 year old model. My wife has made use of several of the available wash cycles and likes the front loading which makes life a little easier. To improve that, we also bought the pedestal. We haven’t used the intelligence features as yet, but will likely get around to it in the future.

Works well, looks good. Very quiet. Good size. Holds a lot of clothes.

We're very happy with our new LG smart front-load washer with steam and built-in intelligence. It's great being able to use the LG app on our phones to monitor and control the washer. It does a great job cleaning clothes and does so very quietly. So far, we are glad we went with LG.

This is my second LG washer -- the first one lasted 15 years before having any issues at all. In this case, it was a broken water pump that I probably could have replaced, but didn't want to bother. I've had this washer a week now, and I'm happy with it. The steam and wash functions are great and I like the dark grey color. My only complaints are with the control panel -- 1. bumping against it lightly will cause the wash to pause (annoying when you're using the top to fold laundry on). 2. Unless there is direct bright light shining on the front, it is hard to read the text of the options. That'll become less of a problem I guess when I learn where they all are. I'm really happy with the ThinQ smart features -- setting up and using the app was fast and easy, including the Google integration. Samsung really could take some pointers from LG about how to write software!
