So far so good! This washer is awesome and having it connect to my Alexa is even better because Alexa will say “Your wash is done”! This washer is amazing and with the AI feature it sense the type of clothing and how much clothes in the and even better uses the right amount of laundry detergent needed to wash the clothes.

Love my washer with all the other added features that come with the settings.

The LG front load washer we recently purchased has been to replace our 23 yr old top load Kenmore washer. I like the fact that you can wash larger loads more efficiently and quietly. There are also a lot of extras you can download and use for your wash cycles. I do worry about the mold problem as the rim of the washer stays very wet. We have been trying to wipe it dry after doing the last load, we will see if this helps in the long run. So far I love this washer but then we have only had it for about 1 month.

Great washer replaced a poor performing whirlpool washer. Easy to use and super quiet! This us our second LG. Had to leave the first behind when we moved!

The units are beautiful! Noteworthy: It took 3 tries to get us a dryer that wasn't dented. LG doesn't put styrofoam protection on the vertical corners of the units. This may save them money, but we had to wait for 3 dryers to be delivered before we got one that wasn't dented. Best Buy should alert them!

So far so good. I've had my LG washer for a few months now. I really like it. Cleans clothes well. Also does a good job on queen size comforters.

Nice washer with large capacity and AI sensing tech makes washing easy. You can even add soap ahead of time and it will let you know when to add more.

We have been having these machines for three weeks now and is very happy with the performance. Quiet and washes effectively and loaded with lots of features.

I am in love with this washer. The reviews on LG washers are excellent so I chose the LG 5 CuFt HE Front Load and am very pleased with this purchase. Besides it's huge capacity, it gets the clothes cleaner and is done in half the time my old GE washer took. I like that it notifies my phone when the cycle is done and then it tells the dryer what cycle to use. I highly recommend this washer.

Working as expected, easy. Our last washer was an Lg as well and it lasted well over 10yrs. So we bought again.

Washer is great my previous LG was purchased 8 years ago. I love the app. It tells you when the load is finished. I connected the whole family so we all get notifications and can move the clothes along. The auto dispense is also great. There is a manual override if needed. The only thing it doesn’t have a manual softener dispenser. Quite, doesn’t shake. Also love the drum light, just wish it had a physical button on the machine to activate it. Turbo cycle is really fast. Do a load in under 30 mins. I got the dryer with it too.

Rarely do I write a review for a product, but in this case I will because of how much I LOVE this washer! Best Buy was incredibly helpful and very easy through the entire process! The washer itself is AMAZING!!!
