I researched and visited various other competitors. I was indecisive about my purchase and had a ton of questions. He was very detailed and patient with me throughout my purchase process. I'm happy with my LG washer and dryer set.

So far only used it a handful of times but has great features, informative phone app and links to Alexa. I have two dogs and used the steam cycle to get the dog bed clean. Came out sparkling clean and smelled good. Always been a Kenmore, GE or Maytag owner and was nervous to move to this brand. So far, so good. Best Buy was wonderful and very quick to get installed- Installer team was professional and respectful of property

The quality and features are great compared to what we had. We love the automatic dispensing laundry detergent and softener that adjusts to what type of load size you have will most likely save on detergent and softener.
