    I've had my new set for a month. So far I am extremely satisfied, I am so glad I went with the 5.2. There's not a lot that won't fit. It's huge. By day I am a housekeeper, and I've had my hands on a lot of different machines. I wouldn't have purchased anything else. It was just the matter of size. If you wash huge loads or large items this is the machine for you!!

    I Have had this washer since August 2024. Within a few months, the washer started vibrating and moving closer to the back wall. It is a very heavy unit and I have trouble moving it back. I called LP warranty and was told to contact Best Buy "because they installed it". LP diagnosed it as an installation issue over the phone! Despite having purchased a protection plan with Best Buy, they told me it was an LP warranty issue. I called LP back and got nowhere with them. Now the washer is making loud banging noises and the sud do not drain, forcing me to wash some loads twice. I called LP again and was lectured on how to do laundry correctly. I was told to use the tub clean feature three time in a row, despite telling them I clean it monthly. Again, they diagnosed it over the phone (my fault!) and warned me that I would have to pay for a repairman's time if he cannot find any issue with the washer. But he would not schedule one until I cleaned the washer three times. I advised him I have had nothing but trouble with the washer since Day 1 but got nowhere. I could tell he was reading off some script. I guess I will have to wait until the washer totally breaks down.

    Best washer I ever owned. If put dog bed covers in that always had the stain where the dogs laid and washed it in this machine and it is bright pink and fluffy again. Because front load need to wipe down inside a bit and leave door and detergent drawer open so it won’t mildew. Also use a machine clean once a month. Love it!

    This washer had been amazing. The capacity is unbelievable and I love the wi-fi feature. My Children ruined my last washer overloading but have no issues since I upgraded to the largest option available and have no concerns.
