Huge improvement over our Maytag washer of 10 years. Many cool features we both love it.

Purchased with LG gas dryer. Really easy to use. I just a normal wash. There are other buttons for more specialized washing which I might use as I get more familiar with the machine.

This is our second LG washer and dryer that we have purchased. Delivery set up was good and the machine has been operating for approximately two months now.

This washer is the best we have owned in 30 years. Cleans great and leaves clothes soft and well rinsed. The ability to add water is a great improvement over our old washer.

Large number of features and options. Large capicity and ease of adding and removing itrms.

We purchased this washer in April 2025. It worked fine until it prompted for its second update. Now it won’t turn on. We have had it for about 5 months and now it won’t turn on and we are without a washer. We called BestBuy and they were no help and just forwarded us to LG. LG sent a technician out and after a few days, they showed up. He ordered parts to be sent to our house. They arrived and the tech was supposed to come back the day after the parts arrived and they had the tracking numbers to confirm that date. We scheduled for the tech to return on the afternoon the parts were to be delivered. I called them to confirm that morning and let them know that the parts had been delivered. A hour or so later, we get a text message saying that the tech cancelled the appointment and they are sorry for the inconvenience. We called LG, who at that point couldn’t reschedule a new appointment for 48 hours- so we waited two days to schedule a different tech to come help. When the new tech arrived, he noticed the first tech had ordered the wrong parts. (We are two weeks without a washer at this point in the story). That tech leaves and calls later in the day to let us know that the part he ordered is at least 4 weeks out. He said they will call us to schedule when they physically have the part in hand- to verify that it’s the correct one this time. So we are potentially looking at another 5+ weeks before we have a working washing machine. We called LG to see if we could do an exchange, or anything like that- and it’s not an option. They said they would only consider doing that if after 4 weeks, we still could not get the part. TLDR; Look for a different brand. LG does not back up their products and used to have much better customer service than the nightmare we have just gone through. I will never order another product from LG, and that is unfortunate. LG was the brand we have used for years, but they have completely dropped the ball here and have shown they do not care about their customer retention. I didn’t buy a brand new washer, to end up having to go to the laundromat for two months+. Thanks LG!

Love this washer! Especially the dispenser for the liquid detergent, you fill it and it dispenses out the the correct amount for every wash load! There’s 5 people in the household and only filled it twice so far! A great washer! You determined the temperature you want to wash your clothes in,I think there are 5 different temps to choose from. Other washers only have 3!

I have had the set for a little over a month now and I love the convenience of predetermined cycles and how you can adjust the water temps even though they are preset. I love the way the washer adds its own detergent and softener according to the load and settings. This feature not only extends the live of the washer but, saves money on both detergent and softener.

This washer is the best out there. I'm talking washing your whole house in 1 load! <(over exaggerated but its just that awesome)

Pretty sleek and high tech. Very quiet and many wash options. Love the EZdispense for laundry detergent and fabric softener. Makes washes quick and easy. Love the matte black.
