This washer is amazing. It’s so big and convenient that we can wash our king sized comforters and large loads of clothing. It’s very quiet and sleek looking. My wife loves that she doesn’t need to pour in laundry detergent and softener every time because it has the auto dispenser.

This thing is great. It practically does all the work for you and having an app that tells when it's done is brilliant.

Wow! What a machine! First day using this washer after being without one for 3 mos. Very impressed and still learning all the washer’s capabilities. Today used the AI option. Very state of the art. Capacity to do bedding impressive as is the quietness of the machine.

A really good high capacity washer with a TON of customizable cycles. We switched from a font load machine and I’ve noticed the clothes just don’t get as clean overall, but we are happy with the purchase.

This machine has a huge capacity and you fill the detergent and softener reservoirs and it will tell when you need to refill them again. You don't have to add detergent to every load

I bought this washer 9 months ago for a new home. It's worked fine until very recently when it started giving an error message at the start of most loads. We contacted LG support and before they would ever send a tech they sent us a video telling us to take the impeller out of the bottom to make sure nothing was stuck in it and of course there wasn't. After that, they sent a service tech out who told us the motor needs to be replaced. LG will not send more than one tech to move the machine and do the repair even though two were needed to bring it into the house and upstairs to the laundry area. I spoke to a manager at LG and they said they will only pay for the service company to send one tech for any appliance repair. I think its ridiculous to already need a motor replacement on a 9 month old washing machine that is only used in a household of two people, and even more ridiculous that the warranty doesn't even cover sending enough manpower to do the needed repair. This will be my last purchase of any LG product ever.

When I first seen this I was a little afraid to buy. This is one of my best home purchases. And I’m a 3 time home owner.

I’m very happy with this washing machine. Being able to start a cycle using the app is really convenient and getting a notification that the load is done saves me from going up and down the stairs more than I need to ( I’m not getting any younger). I like that I can get a deep fill to cover all of the clothes- if there isn’t enough water to do that, I don’t feel that the clothes are really getting properly cleaned. The only negative issues I have are how long most of the cycles take and because I’m rather short, it’s difficult for me to reach into the tub to remove the clothes.

The capacity and washing options are great. The washer looks great and is easy to use. I have washed some large rugs and normal loads and the washer works great.

I just love my new washers and all its features. This makes life so much easier with all the setting, self cleaning plus it connects to WiFi so I can start my and dryer and monitor the cycles I fully recommend these products
