Great washer. Much better than another major brand that rhymes with hung.

The washer was easy to set up and easy to use right away. It’s very quiet and efficient. It takes less time with this washer than my previous washers.

I’m glad I spent a little more on higher end appliances for my new house. The washing machine can fit blankets, so I don’t have to go to a laundromat for my bedding, which also means they get cleaned more often. It’s a little expensive to go to a larger sized machine though

This washer is awesome from design to use. I recommend getting the LG app and extended warranty. Because it’s a pretty pricey buy not have covered and peace of mind not that had any issues but I like to keep my stuff correct. App will also show you how to do troubleshoot and change end chimes, notifications of cycle status.

Probably my favorite LG appliance I’ve ever bought it works wonderfully. It has a beautiful aesthetic. Dries super fast even with a heavy load of blankets and has a huge drum so I can wash blankets at home. And the app is truly a lifesaver.

I originally bought this model with an agitator. It was ok, but I found that it wrinkled my clothes more than my old machine, so I switched it to the one with out an agitator. I like it so much better. It cleans my clothes well and doesn't take hours to complete one load. It is nice and big which allows me to wash a lot at a time. The only downfall, in my opinion is that it does not have a "delicate" cycle option. Nevertheless, I would recommend this washing machine!

Works well and looks fairly good. If you don't mind this conventional look, this is a good unit. Its much quieter than the unit that it replaces.

The washer itself is great however delivery with Best Buy was the worst I have ever dealt with! I would suggest to buy anywhere else besides Best Buy.

I love this machine! It’s huge inside the basin so it holds a lot. That said, most of my washes are small. It knows how much water to use, so I don’t feel wasteful when I make small washes. Love the cute musical jingle that plays when it’s finished!
