I highly recommend to have the app just in case because it will warn you and give you heads up

Only wish Best Buy agents at store had better product knowledge to help customers compare different washers and dryers. That being said the agent on the floor was courteous and friendly.

From what I’ve seen so far I’m pretty confident it will last Long time. It appears to be very sturdy. The washing capacity is huge and the final spin gets cloths very dry. That feature cuts way back on drying time.

Somehow the laundry is coming out smelling better than our last LG washer. A bit odd because there is no 'gentle' or 'fabric softener' button. But different settings will get you there.

Not fully adjustable

It has a learning curve as all such new things do, but it does the job fairly well. I do think that the soap does not fully come out sometimes so an extra rinse is occasionaly required. My biggest complaint is that there is no setting that lets me customize to my hearts content. The presets all have options that are locked and I think this is often why the laundry doesn't come out as desired. I've never had presets like this before and it's frustrating.

The delivery, on time, the 2 guys were super nice and friendly. No issue removing the old washer and installing the new. So the service was 5 star. Way too soon to review the unit itself properly.
