You have to download the app to get certain settings, like delicate, but still missing some washer settings (like towels) that you think a new washer would have.

It make a metal on metal noise when there is any medium to heavy load. I even ran it with just water and it still make the noise. Customer service is a joke. I called them at least 3 times. They offered to come out, but they said I would be charged if they found it was not covered under the warranty. On the first call they said it was not level (this was professionally installed and I sent them pictures of a level next to the washer at different angles. The next time they said the washer was probably overloaded. I showed them pictures of it only 1/2 full. I also ran it with just water and it still make the clanking noise. The 3rd call, they admitted to it being a manufacturing defect, but then tried to take back their statement. The warranty has now expired and I am left with a defective product. I will never buy an LG product again, just based on their customer service. Had problems with the matching dryer, as well.
