the delivery service for Best buy is horrible. I have taken two days off of work to accommodate their schedule and now they don't have the part they need to install even though they have the ability to change my delivery time at their convenience. product was fine, upon picking up the first stove we got it to the house and it was damaged beyond use. returned to store and they did not have another one in stock. they offered to deliver it to the house at no charge but then the manager came over and told the employee that offered, that they could not do that and i would have to pick up the next one as well because it would WASTE their time to deliver it to me. i guess my time is worth nothing to them and the effort i had to put forth due to their mistake. last time i make a purchase for an appliance at BEST BUY.

LG Please add some women to your design team. Power burners in the front? Too much danger for kids and grandkids. Also there is a little lip under the controls that doesn’t allow deeper frying pans to get even heating on the back burners.

I wanted to love this stove however the convection heating element and fan never worked. We did love the power on the gas burners and the center pan was great quality. We exchanged the range and had to upgrade to the level above this as this is sold out now.

The top gets stained very easy been black and the metal racks to put the pan to cook on them, they start to scratch and rust really fast they need to improve that.
