    The convection setting will only go to 350 degrees. The oven seems to cook at a lower temp than shows on the screen.

    I'm happy it took 2 months to receive and came not working right. The air fryer doesn't work. Worse thing working with LG appliance customer service, they want proof purchase plus I bought a 5 year warranty. It made me question buying some from best buy because it won't help me issue with LG. So before you buy anything, make sure the warranty is good they help work the supplier. Because you just get run around I had stove 4 month I still have my issue.

    Lighting issues

    Has a problem with lighting initially, the flame bursts high while trying to turn it down. Has good heat though, provides good consistent heat

    Installed 4 days after purchase. Went to use oven 2 weeks later just before Christmas and it didnt work. Gave us a code which we troubleshot via the manual x2!! Called Best Buy. The soonest they could get out was Jan 3rd. No Christmas at ours then. They came out to check. Now waiting on the phone to LG! Installer said this happens a lot w this oven! Great!! New oven coming Feb 26th!!!!

    the delivery service for Best buy is horrible. I have taken two days off of work to accommodate their schedule and now they don't have the part they need to install even though they have the ability to change my delivery time at their convenience. I am getting no satisfaction from customer service. I won't shop here again They can't deliver on their promise. I've waited since November,

    product was fine, upon picking up the first stove we got it to the house and it was damaged beyond use. returned to store and they did not have another one in stock. they offered to deliver it to the house at no charge but then the manager came over and told the employee that offered, that they could not do that and i would have to pick up the next one as well because it would WASTE their time to deliver it to me. i guess my time is worth nothing to them and the effort i had to put forth due to their mistake. last time i make a purchase for an appliance at BEST BUY.

    LG Please add some women to your design team. Power burners in the front? Too much danger for kids and grandkids. Also there is a little lip under the controls that doesn’t allow deeper frying pans to get even heating on the back burners.

    Is the worst , i thought that i was buying something to last me a good while...stove material are so cheap its like putting a couple of aluminum cans together!

    Broken upon delivery

    I wanted to love this stove however the convection heating element and fan never worked. We did love the power on the gas burners and the center pan was great quality. We exchanged the range and had to upgrade to the level above this as this is sold out now.

    We had this less than 30days and only thing work burner airfryer and oven not working at all need to replace

    The top gets stained very easy been black and the metal racks to put the pan to cook on them, they start to scratch and rust really fast they need to improve that.

    Bad electronic ignitor controls

In cases like this, we recommend unplugging the unit or switching off the circuit breaker for at least 60 seconds to reset the electronic controls. If the igniter continues to click or stay on after power is restored, the issue could be due to moisture or debris in the burner cap or igniter area, so gently drying and cleaning the area may also help.
