I am totally happy with the TV, it was brilliant value for money. In built apps are brilliant. Still haven't used it for gaming yet.

I bought a vizio 47 inch, worst tv ever, blurry picture, sound was terrible. So i exchanged it for Lg 50 inch, huge difference and it was only 100 dollars more. Great sound 4k picture streams netflix and you tube with no problem. By far best tv ive bought for that price.

Overall, I'm relatively happy with this TV, though I got it at a good sale price. The picture is clear and crisp and the sound is clear. The only complaints I have are the SmartTV functionality on it is a bit lackluster. I use both Netflix and Amazon Prime and the programs on the TV have a habit of locking up or cutting to a black screen and not returning unless I completely unplug the TV for a bit. Both programs and the TV are updated. Outside of this, everything seems to work fine. I've encountered no issues running any gaming systems or other devices through it and the menus are well organized and easy to use. As a plain TV I'd probably rate at 5-stars, but the Smart TV functionality has left me unimpressed. If you don't care about that part of it, I would recommend it.

I bought this tv on sale rather than for the full price. So far it's lived up to every expectation. The picture is sharp and clear, and it comes with a decent selection of apps pre-installed. The LG remote app is also available, and easier to use for some functions than the remote the tv comes with. Overall I'm happy with my purchase do far.

this is not perfect but at a price of $400 on sale it was defiantly worth it. really only thing wrong i have noticed is some motion blur but that could be caused by it trying to simulate 4k HD, unfortunately i do not have anything to test this with but everything else works great and my friends can't believe the deal i got on it.

This TV is really good, the quality of the screen is good and LG is a good brand!

Beautiful picture on this Smart TV. Easy to setup.

Though not a videophile by any means, as an average person I find the picture quality to be excellent. I am using the TV sound and it's fine for the most part. The only complaint I have with the TV is that the menu system and navigation controls are clunky and not intuitive. Hopefully this is improved on in a future update.

This tv is more than I expected. The features and color are perfect. You can't buy a better tv for the price.

I looked for a few weeks for the largest most inexpensive tv and was surprised to find this one. I didn't think I would find a brand name 4K for under $400. No this isn't the best tv out there with everything you could ever want but for the price it had everything I needed for a tv on my back porch.

I was looking for a new TV wanting a little bigger screen this time, bestbuy had this LG 50" 4K on sale $399.99 and reviews were excellent and they were correct.. amazing picture and after your adjust volume settings sound is excellent too. picture quality is so clear you will love it. Please GO buy!

LG is the only HDTV brand I've owned. Started with a 32" 720p, upgraded to a 42" 1080p, fast-forward a few years and I find this particular model on sale for $399. 50" in 4K - hard to pass up. My ONLY complaint is that the video seems to ... skip? ESPECIALLY if you do not have the output device on HDMI and the HDR manually turned on. Once HDR is turned on, the skipping or jitters subside, but I see it consistently. I am very tempted to sell and maybe upgrade. Apparently it has something to do with the refresh rate at 60Hz and not 120Hz or greater. It didn't seem to matter on the 32" or 42" - not once did I notice the image skip on those - but it does so on this model/size/resolution/Hz. LG is still "my brand." And, I feel like most people would not notice or care. If you are "most people," you will be getting a good TV.

I woke up on a Sunday morning and made a pretty quick decision it was time to upgrade even though the TV I had for the man cave was still in good working order. Went online and found this one. Brought it home and set up in 20 minutes. Picture quality was amazing. Good choice at a great price.

This is a great tv with great colors and preset options. Haven't had any problems with either
