I waited ten days before returning. Picture quality was meh for watching cable and whatever fire system they have stinks to navigate. The smart tv is easier.

Not five stars because the tv does NOT come with the voice remote, but a standard. It is LGs way of trying to get you to spend more money. Between a voice remote included with cable and having a Fire Stick, I don't need their other remote.

Not really, apparently the old one and new have leds that only last 2-3 years before becoming defective! So, in 2-3 years will have to purchase another!

What makes the TV not as great as my Samsung TV is the slowness. It takes forever to load channels for my YouTubeTV. The app store is good but does not have HBOGo available on it so I have to use my Playstation to watch Westworld and Game of Thrones. Another issue I have with it, when I turn the TV on its default to turn to if no HDMI cable is in, is live TV. Since I do not have live TV it is that terrible static noise. There are lots of minor things that add up to make this TV only average. The biggest pro for this TV, like previously stated, is the clarity of the TV. My games look amazing on this TV which is why i am keeping it for my room.

She lives in Deerfield Beach, FLorida, and was unable to deliver it as the stores in that area didn't have this TV. I plan to deliver it when I go down for the occasion.
