Do not expect an amazing TV like the high end LGs. Remote is clunky and over saturated. Wifi is extremely slow. Takes a long time to boot up and connect, especially Airplay. My other 4 TVs instantly connect. Will be upgrading this TV next month.

Tv is easy to use and has great sound quality. problem is screen freezes up about every 15 minutes or so for a few seconds then has a fuzzy picture for about 10 seconds after it happens.

Sadly, I wanted to love this TV as I have two other LG TVs that have been wonderful. However, this is Not a true 4K, UHD TV. It is really a 1080p (HDCP 1.4) TV. I could not get my cable or my Roku Stream Bar to recognize this TV as 4K and HDCP 2.2. When I forced the TV into 4K the whole screen went green. This is an old technology TV that LG is trying to pass off as current technology.

Sound glitches annoy me

Makes a glitchy noise each time I turn it on about 5-10 mins mins if being on. I use it 45 mins to an hour 5-6 days a week to stream workouts in my gym, since Oct 6. I came back to return it, but window closed.

Bought a tv on Feb 1st it went bad in three weeks of occasional use.You would think if something went bad in less than a month Best Buy would just exchange it.So my only option was to call LG for repair been a few days still no confirmation of getting a repair.
So I have no tv to watch Best Buy has my money and I have a paperweight!!

Take this from someone who has seen and owned multiple televisions in his lifetime. I have a 7 year old LG 1080P TV, that makes this 4k 2020 look pretty bad. To get the BEST picture image quality out of this T.V you have to look directly head on. If you view from any angle out from a strait on the color fades, brightens in some areas and dulls out in other places.
When it comes to getting a great picture save your money till you can get one of the OLED versions LG makes. It'll be well worth it and checks off everything you'd want in a brand new television.

Not too happy. Have to enter by password every time for network connection. Apple TV does not work and I cannot figure out how to use the Apple airplay feature. Planning on returning it soon.

This tv cuts off all the time. Best buy wouldn't take back after 15 days. Told me to deal with lg directly. I had a bad experience with the buying process in the very beginning as the store associate kept picking up and hanging up phonenat Plymouth mtg store. That should have been my warning not to buy this tv. But i did and now im stuck. No more tv buys from best buy.
