    I loved the LG TV that I purchased before; so I decided to upgrade. I was disappointed. The color is very very bad; and the Best Buy geek squard is very bad at helping there customers correct the problem.

    I had a terrible experience I ordered and paid for a tv for a wedding gift for my son that was a whole month late ordered 08/16/20 and it was supposed to be delivered on the 08/21/20 but wasn’t then it was rescheduled for 09/5/20 and I received a email the day before saying I needed to reschedule again for delivery worst experience ever..

    Screen cracks easily

    My grandson tossed a toy at his sister, missed and hit the screen of my brand new TV, the screen cracked, TV still worked but the screen has a crack in it. Best Buy would do nothing to fix or replace the screen. I am still making payment on a TV that I actually had insurance on yet it sits in my garage broken. YIKES

    Beware - VA vs IPS

    Had to return. Picture and sound were a massive letdown. The 50 inch model is different than other sizes of same model. Maybe VA for 50 inch vs IPS for 43/55 inch. Ended up with 55 inch one model up (maybe 7300) and absolutely love it thus far. LG fan overall, but just not this size/model.

    I bought this TV for my sister for Christmas and and send it to Antigua for her and it turn out that the TV doesn't have any apps on it! What am I supposed to do now I paid to ship it paid to take it on the costume in Antigua and it doesn't work, I got a defective TV.

    Tv was delayed for delivery for at least 3 weeks finally got it Saturday and right out the box it’s a white mark on the screen that catches the eye. Beyond disappointed

    I have had this tv two years. It suddenly would not turn on. Geek Squad came but said it was "shot". I have to buy a new one after only two years.

    Picture quality was poor returned it and bought a Samsung. The sales person told me the picture is good when streaming but not when connected to a cable box.

    Opened new box to a cracked screen. Then ordered another one to exchange it for daughter’s Christmas present, drove an hour, waited another hour, only to be told their online inventory was wrong. Very unhappy!
