I love products that have a long life and this is still going strong. It's got a really nice picture, the apps are easy to get too. When it comes time to a new TV will be buying LG again.

I am not really into all the technical stuff, so I am not going to say much about that. The screen is fine. What I really like is the TV guide. I do not have cable on this TV but it has a similar feel to it. I attached an antenna and get about 35 local channels. After those channels, the TV guide also starts listing Pluto and Xumo channels. So the guide lists hundreds of channels. I can’t complain about that! Makes it a lot easier to not miss cable. I do also have Hulu, Disney+ and other services that can be accessed from the Home Screen (not part of the TV guide)

On the surface, this thing seemed like a decent price for quality. Until I tried to watch some of the less popular apps like the criterion channel and gaia. You just can't on an LG. It's extremely frustrating. Not to mention the remote control. It's atrocious. I would never buy this thing a 2nd time.

The functionality is similar to the other models I own and It’s been a great bedroom tv until recently. It worked well for the last three years until a line randomly appeared on the screen that runs horizontally throughout the entire screen. This tv was not as expensive as my other models, but I expected a longer lifespan regardless.

The Blue Shirt brought it out in less than 5 minutes and was very friendly. Great job Best Buy for executing Curbside Pickup and helping me always feel safe. Oh, and the TV is great also!
