    Glitching out

    Had the tv for less than a month and it has grey blotches on a black screen and recently just started glitching to the point I can enjoy watching anything on it. Now I have to dive 2 hour to exchange it with a different brand! Had high hopes for this tv.

    I am disappointed with watchjjmh videos on the web. TV does not have enough memory to support video online so it restarts. Would not purchase again if looking for a smart TV

    WIFi problems out of the box

    Just purchased this TV and the Wi-Fi connection drops every few seconds. It’s a known issue with LG TVs - I tried all the solutions people posted on forums, YouTube, etc. Nothing works. I have other devices by the TV using wifi and it works perfectly. Clearly the TV Wi-Fi is bad.

    Delivery isn’t actually an option

    Delivery isn’t available on tvs under 50 inch unless you buy install and delivery. Only shipping and pick up. But they don’t bother to tell you that. They schedule you for delivery and confirm your appointment and don’t contact you that it can’t be delivered until you contact them.

    Dark bands on TV

    My TV has developed dark bands which are extremely pronounced when viewing fast moving images or actions scenes. Cannot recommend the TV based on my personal experience.
