My daughter and I have no complaints, enjoying it!

Pros: Great picture, thin and sleek, reasonably price, with good sound. Cons: The picture went out for two days. Sound was there but screen was totally black. I tried everything. It randomly came back on after the second day. I hope this doesn't happen again.

Placed order online and received quick notification that all items were ready for pickup. When I arrived at the store it was a fast in and out process as everything was at Customer Service ready to go. Love buying online for in store pickup. Items where as described and worked as expected!

This is a very good TV for not a lot of money. The picture is of good quality, and the Smart TV functionality is relatively intuitive. Had it out of the box and set up in a very short amount of time.

When I brought the product the box was open so I was kind of scared something was wrong with it but I bough warranty in case something was wrong but just for being an open box it was a couple of hundred dollars less so I bought it and nothing's been wrong with it, thank you bestbuy.

Compared quite a few tvs at the store and found the quality of the picture excellent and the price was outstanding. The LG reputation also motivated our decision.

Bought the tv then exchanged it for the same size. The 4k version with web os 3.0 has led updates and smooth pic. If you are wanting a basic tv with a descent pic the tv is for you. If your a gamer or movie buff get the 4kversion

The best TV i have owned so far, i stick with main brands now since they provide the best quality. i started out by buying a westinghouse 50" TV and returned it due to its inadequacies and poor quality and exchanged that for this TV which right out of the box feels like it is a sturdy build with the feet that it comes with and when you plug it in it has excellent picture quality i have owned many televisions including my other 40" vizio which is also a great product but this one tops it by far the connection works great even the cable looks incredible on it. Will buy it again.

Came from a plasma TV so of course the picture is not as good but good for a LED. Rarely, it will open another app while watching TV, but mostly when not paying attention, as if it's that smart to notice and suggest something else. Not a big issue, just a little weird.

A pretty good TV for the money. Only bad thing is im having trouble hooking up the sound to my older surround receiver. Trying to get to my RCA plugs from the new tvs optical and HDMI sound out. I need an adapter but havent found one that works yet. Other wise TV is nice.

We really enjoyed this tv when we got it we love the smart tv aspect. We hooked it up to wall mount though and lost the ability to use one of the hdmi inputs as the mount goes right over it. All in all it is a great tv

This tv was easy to set up. Has beautiful picture and easy to work. Love that everything is included with the wifi capable. So happy with this purchase.

My Son found this advertised on website! Went to look at store, out of stock? Had to pick up at other store! Sets up easily. I'm a Big fan of LG TV's, always one in Hotels when I travel. I agree remote seems cheaply made, but remote from my other LG operates new TV! :)
