I'm very happy with the TV that i purchased on sale. The TV was on sale as open box... The TV came with a warranty. The appearance was like brand new and function without any probelms.

The sales guy was a huge help. He went above and beyond to make sure we were getting what asked for. The price was right and the options were exactly what we were looking for.

I've typically been partial to Samsung products. However, I took the chance on this LG 55" TV over a 50" Samsung to save a few bucks for a larger TV. Couple months in and I feel its one of the best TV's I've had. I don't use many of the smart capabilities as I have an Amazon Fire TV, but the bit I have them seem good as well. If you get this TV, make sure to measure the stand width as they're pretty far to the edge of the TV.

This TV was on sale for a good price. It was correct size, and had all options I was looking for.

TV has great picture and sound. Nice size, big picture but doesn't require lots of room. Easy to mount on wall.

We bought this LG for our bedroom and no joke the picture is better than the 60inch Sony we bought for the living room. The picture is so crystal clear, tack sharp and very vibrant. I kind of wished we did another LG for the living room!

I am really enjoying this item. I do feel that there are features I have not yet been able to utilize and would like to avail myself of all this product is capable of.

A really nice tv for the money. Great picture and easy to use. Only two HDMI ports but still manageable.

This TV is much better than the lager Christmas model Samsung I purchased hours before and returned due to poor picture quality. The smart interface is easy to use.

So far my TV has worked perfectly. Make sure the contrast is set right for you if you have migraines, as I had the brightness trigger some when I first got the TV.

This TV started out alright but soon began to have problems. In the first six months, it started shutting off on its' own. In the space of a year, we had a repairman come over three times to fix the same problem and finally got the company, LG, to approve a return and replacement. This model was discontinued by the time we got it taken back.

3 years later and still better than what ive tested since. Ultra thin! Only neg is App Store is very limited.

Good picture but contrast isn’t amazing and there is a lack of apps compare to other smart TVs. Good value for the price though.

First one I purchased was out the box, screen was really fuzzy, took it back to exchange for brand new and the new tv was perfect. Only thing I wish it had was more smart apps

for the price is a good deal, but only have 2 hdmi inputs, is good for a dorm tv , no for living room . limit option for connection

We purchase this tv is for our children and they have enjoyed the tv for Xbox and sports. Seems fairly sturdy also. I think it is a great value for the price.

Upon mounting my tv to the wall, I realized that the component inputs with exception to one HDMI input is directly in the center of the tv. The mounting brackets now block the AV/component input, HDMI input, and the digital optical out input. It would be nice if the manufacturer would have chosen to locate these inputs off center, maybe to one side or the top or bottom like other models do. All in all a decent tv, but if you want to mount this tv to your wall, be prepared to have access to only one HDMI input

The TV itself is great! The picture, sound, and overall entertainment quality are definitely worth the price. My only complaint is how easily the screen cracked! Two weeks after I got it I was plugging in a cable behind the TV and resting my hand on the side for support, making sure I was extra gentle with my brand new TV. Next thing I know, the inside layer of the screen had cracked and there was a foot wide distortion of pixels across the whole screen!! I took it in and asked them if there was anything they could do but I was told this is a common problem, called a "pinch", and no amount of warranty will cover it. According to them, my best bet was to trash it because repairing it would cost more than a brand new TV. I am very frustrated at how easily this happened, considering I did everything I could to NOT damage the TV and it still happened. Also disappointed in the amount of help, or lack thereof, I received from Best Buy!
