I bought this television at a good rice point, but since I don't have HD cable the picture quality was horrible· If you only have coax cable like me try a tv with at least 120hz

This was the absolute worst experience I've ever had! Buyers Beware! I was excited about the purchase of this tv to share with my family. They loaded the tv and I brought it home. It was a gift so it wasn't opened right away. I set it up with anticipation of watching it with my family. We turn on the tv and it is cracked in two places. I take it to best buy and the manager refused to damage it out and give me another one. I've never been so upset. The worse thing is there was no recourse I've tried to resolve this issue and there has been no resolve. I'm a teacher and I don't have money to throw away. They didn't offer any resolution at all. I'm left with no tv and no money!

I bought this TV a little over a year ago, and right before the warranty expired, it started turning off randomly. I performed all of the troubleshooting steps, and when LG did not know what else to do, they sent someone to replace the motherboard for free since it was under warranty. That worked for a month or so, and now, 14 months after I purchased the TV, it is doing the exact same thing. So basically I spent $500 to have a TV that worked for a little over a year. Will never buy an LG TV again.

I really like the TV but there are 2 things that bother me... 1. The sound it's not really as loud as I think it should be... I have to turn it up to 50! 2. The picture doesn't fit my Screen and we have tried so many things.

When buying this TV it is not what we expected. The volume does do get very loud. You almost have to turn it all the way up to here everything that's going on with whatever you are watching.

So I saw that I could get this TV for under 500 but you get what you pay for especially for a open box. It had a white blur on the screen that wouldn't go away. So I returned it right away.

My wife and I went in to just look around at TV's and a very nice salesman asked if we needed help. He wasn't pushy at all and really helped us to make a smart purchase.

Good TV, works as expected. I experienced some slowness from the UI on occasion, but since buying the TV ive had plenty of updates come through and its been pretty smooth ever since.

Color is not as good as expected. Also there is a ghost (a white circular haze) that remains on screen after turned off. I'm not sure if this will affect the longevity of product

The image is not outstanding, the tv comes with preloaded options of apps you can download, but it is not a great selection, the remote is very fragile too thin and you have to press hard on the buttons, even with brand new batteries; Anyhow I got what I payed for, a basic smart tv that suits its purpose, so if you are looking just to upgrade from a regular tv but nothing fancy or too expensive this is the right one.

Bought this TV Dec. 22nd 2016 and the inner screen just cracked. Was told by the repairman that LG sent me to that they never honor a manufacturers warranty in the 5 years he's been working. He also claims LG has a specific system that if they even think the screen is the issue they will not start a ticket for repair until he has come out and diagnosed the TV which is at my expense. Have been a long time supporter of LG products but this may end it here depending on how they handle this.
