Great tv only think it needs is two more hdmi inputs

I purchased this after reading all the good reviews, The people who give it a good reviews for picture quality obviously never owned a Samsung. I returned this tv due to poor or grainy picture. Would not by an LG and will stick with Samsung or Sony.

TV didn’t even last but a couple years started having problems right after the warranty was up. The TV should at least last over 5 to 10 years

Did not answer general questions. O asked Alexa how much does Lebron James make per year and she couldn't answer. She this with 90% of the questions asked.

The tv lighting was so was average. Then the tv had a blurry screen. Finally the screen blacked out and it didn't turn back on.

I have had this TV for just around 2 years and it's alreay DONE. No longevity in this product.

I was looking for a tv by the kitchen area where I will have it on mostly as background noise and maybe watch some news and thought I would just go in-expensive and 1080P. Nope. that didn't work. This TV's was slow and something was off with the color too. Maybe I am too hard on it as the primary TV is a Samsung 55" 4k so I returned it the next day.

stopped working 2 months after purchase, best buy opted to fix instead of replace....

Had to return. It was a certified item however; no hardware to attach the stand and no power cord. Store manager said they would replace the it with a new item which is great but I had to drive an hour each way for the exchange.

Purchased this tv thinking I was getting at least 1080p video quality. Complete opposite, Video was very poor. Even when watching Blu ray. Tried changing different options...still bad. The remote is not user friendly either. I do have to say the audio is really good!

I had great hopes on LG but this tv disappointed mine.. the tv names itself as smart but its not .. i could not install the web browser and finally had to return it..

This is the 2nd LG tv purchase I've made so I trust the brand and the price was phenomenal. My only complaints are that I haven't been able to figure out how to get the search engine to work or get my LG phone or fire tablet to cast to it. So until I figure those out I purchased a Chromecast which works perfect and I'll transfer it to another tv once I figure it out. Other than that the screen size, color and navigation are great. The booklet was pretty sparse on info though but you can go online for additional instructions which didn't help me but I'll be trying again. Thanks for the smart tv at a great price Best Buy!

This tv is a great value. The quality exceeds what I expect for the price. The only reason it's not 5 star in my rating is that there are a couple of things that could have been done better. First is the number and placement of the HDMI ports. There are only 2, 3 would be much better. But what makes it worse is that one of the ports is on the back of the tv. So, if you wall mount it, plugging into that port isn't easy. The other issue is the initial tv setup. When it tries to auto detect the source, it doesn't look at the HDMI port. When it finishes setup, it complains of no signal. The manual is a joke, and the software navigation is awkward. I finally found pushing the Home button on the remote offered a choice to select the HDMI port. Finally, I wanted to write this because the Best Buy staff was exceedingly helpful. This is why I buy from Best Buy versus going to Amazon. If the product rating included the Best Buy staff support, it would be 5 star for sure.

Wouldn't turn on after 2 weeks...... Disappointed.

I was searching for a new larger tv and couldn't believe the selection out there. . I looked at oled and HDR and 4k ultras. But then I came to my senses and realized they are all for the most part dependent on the signal available. I have Comcast cable with HD so 4k ultra HD is not available yet and probably won't be without a huge fee for upgrades to existing system, bandwidth etc, so why get it now. Oled just way too expensive right now and won't come down for a year or so depending on what new technology is out there so I could not justify the 10 times the cost I got this set for. The picture is extremely nice. Deep rich colors and crystal clear. Easy to set up, smart feature has a fair number of channels. I subscribe to Netflix, hulu, amazon and also use vudu and it has all those. My old unit a Sony 47 in LCD still works great and in the family room now. The extra inches is noticeable but just barely. But the quality of the picture is definitely noticeable. Kinda like my old Panasonic 50 inch Plasma that still works perfectly and is at my grandsons house for the past 5 years. Only problem was the legs are spread far apart compared to the Sony but I got it set up okay until I get a 12x48 piece of plywood and paint it black and screw it onto my existing cabinet.

Old Sony got zapped by Hurricane Matthew so it was time for and upgrade...Had been looking at LG models from last year and found this New Model on sale so I ordered online with free delivery ..Delivery was on time and it was a breeze to setup....Picture is excellent even if it's not 4K and luv the built in apps for Netflix,Amazon Prime,Hulu,Youtube etc

I bought this tv on thanksgiving deals. I did my research online and I even went to the store to ask the associates what they thought about LG vs. SAMSUNG. Even though there was a $30 dlls differents (samsung) LG was mentioned that was best. It's really easy to set up, great picture, awesome price and the apps are clear to see too. I checked back on ciber Monday and the price have dropped to $349 from $399. I had my whole story ready ready to negociate with BEST BUY about maybe a price match and store credit. But I was surprised enough that I had to keep my story to myself because the manager on duty did no questions asked and immediately did a price match and returned the $54 back to my bank card DOUBLE THUMBS UP FOR THE AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE . Eventually I will need a sound bar so now I already have $54dlls already saved I'm so happy with my purchase as of today, hopefully will last for many years.
