Went to buy a new TV and after around 2 hrs of trying to find a tv with help from a great Rep "Darren" who helped me and my girlfriend find exactly what we wanted in our price range. I left feeling really satisfied. I got home and put the tv together only to find out the screen was cloudy and the picture was not what I desired. Went back to exchange only to take another tv home with the same defective Main board. I don't live extremely close so I'm highly unsatisfied with LG right now.

Brought this tv for my living room. Very difficult to get it to work the way it should. Set up is complicated. Sound is so off. The plan u purchase for geek squad help was money wasted. They were not able to help me at all with this product. I will never buy an " LG" product again. Cheap brands work better like "Element" or "Vizio". DONT BUY THIiS TV SET
