This is my first smart tv and I couldn't be happier. Easy setup. There isn't a lot of 4k available yet but WOW!!! This tv is impressively clear a little blur at times but very little. Picture is like you could shake hands with people on the screen. Seems like kinda 3d at times. Can't wait until more 4k to come out but when it comes I'm ahead and ready for it. Had to adjust picture a bit but was easy to do. I'm more than happy with the sound, had to adjust it also but after adjusting it tv sounds good.

I got this TV on sale. Normally $1200. I paid $700. The picture is phenomenal. I don't use the apps much because I have an Xbox and a Chromecast hooked up to it, which I prefer, but the apps seem good for a TV. My only complaints are that it doesn't have enough HDMI inputs, and also, it should have Bluetooth connectivity for $1200. The tv is definitely worth $700. I wouldn't pay $1200 for it though.

Great TV!! The pic is excellent. It is extremely high def. like they say-ULTRA HDTV. This 4K TV is so detailed I almost get dizzy watching it at times with certain movies with special effects. Honestly this is a great buy, we have watched Hunger Games, and Twilight several times but when we watched it on this LG 4K UHD TV ... I saw it in a whole new light. NO JOKE , this TV is AH-MAZING!!!!!

First time in five years purchasing a tv and I always like Sony or Samsung. Went with LG due to the price and availability. I must say that I did not make a bad choice. I might stay with LG and purchase the OLED. With X1 Xfinity service, life is much clearer now :-)

Just got this TV recently. Very easy to set up. The picture looks fantastic even with 1080i & 1080p signals from cable box. I had read that this was a very good 4K TV for the price point and so far I am very satisfied with the selection. My only issue is that the power cord is very short.

Bought the LG after extensive research because it seemed to pack all the punch of other brands at almost half the price. After getting it home and mounted I was not disappointed. Picture quality is great and was very easy to set up. It did take about 20 minutes to go through all the tech stuff when I first turned it on but once you get through that everything is very simple to operate. Pleasantly satisfied with this TV.

We bought this TV for the master bedroom, and on sale. We were pleasantly surprised with the picture quality, even though this TV is not given the highest reviews by the professional reviewers on the internet. We have not been able to see any 4K content, but so far we are happy. Our limited use of the smart apps has been positive as well. Overall, we are happy, and the performance exceeds our requirements.

We initially bought a Vizio UHD/4K TV, but it was unwatchable unless you sat directly in front of it. We were advised by good BB staff that the SONY and LG TVs were the only ones that had IPS panels (whatever those are :) that made their acceptable viewing angle much broader. Indeed, Charles Streeter was correct! This TV is great, w/ a great picture, wherever we view it from. (I'm not as wild about the cheap and sometimes unresponsive remote...and the set-up procedure was remarkably un-intuitive. But I still love the TV...

Crystal clear pic, However during movies and shows notice a slight delay and blur. Appears it is only actually 60 htz. For the price good tv and I can get the LG smart remote app on my Samsung s6 which helps. Not worth spending and extra couple hundred dollars for the 120htz. And Blacks have a slight grey to it, but I am used to the picture on a plasma TV.

I have a few complaints about this tv, but that is because I'm very particular. Overall this is a good tv. Good picture quality, the speakers aren't too shabby and just the size that I was looking for. The issues that I have with the tv seem like nit picking to me, but I wish someone would have mentioned these things to me as it could have affected my decision to purchase this tv. First, I'm not overly satisfied with how the wi-fi connection works. Once you turn the tv on and connect it, there are no issues it doesn't disconnect or anything and it works great, but when you turn the tv off and on again it doesn't automatically reconnect the wi-fi (you have to go to the settings and have it reload again). The second thing is the inputs, I may be doing this incorrectly (because the instructions are not the simplest to grasp), but there is a live tv input which I think only registers an aux cable and not HDMI, which seems weird for a newer model 4K tv. Third, 3 HDMI inputs is just not cutting it. Before purchasing this tv that was my minimum, but after getting it I realize you need at least 4. Once you have you cable box, soundbar and blueray player hooked up you've already used them all which probably wouldn't be an issue if it wasn't for my last complaint. The biggest thing for me is not an issue with the tv, but more an issue with the LG app store. As a smart tv you have access to Netflix, Pandora, YouTube, Hulu and other similar apps, but there is no access to HBOGO, Showtime Anytime, Starz Play, AMC, and those types of premium apps or a simple way to mirror or cast a phone that is not LG. Thus, I have to get a chromecast or firestick in order to have access to those which takes me back to the problem with not enough HDMI inputs. Now again, I don't think this is a bad tv and I would recommend it, but it would preface my recommendation with what I mentioned above because those things could be important to people like me, but others may not care.

I use this tv to replace an older TV in the bedroom. For that use, I think this TV is great! I use Netflix and Youtube often, with Amazon thrown in there sometimes. the blacks are not great, but that is inherent in IPS panels. I knew this going in. The resolution is great (tested 4k Youtube videos) and I think the color is good when it is adjusted. I didn't enjoy any of the 120hz processing that comes turned on, so I turned them all off. I play my Xbox One on it, and I don't notice input lag compared to my other TV's, nor do I notice any ghosting. It just looks good to me. Overall, I would recommend this tv, just make sure to turn off the processing.

I was skeptical at first about anything 4K given the mixed reception to a higher resolution than the human eye can decipher. However, on this size screen it does look fantastic! I got an LG soundbar/subwoofer as well and has flawless pairing! Setup is very simple and has a user-friendly interface.

My 60 inch Samsung stopped working all of a sudden and I was debating to go larger for a same type of TV or sacrifice the 5inches for a 4K tv. I can tell you that I do not miss the 5 inches. The picture on this TV is so vivid that it's a pleasure to watch movies on it.

I have really enjoyed my experience watching on this TV. Great clarity and bright colors. Easy to set up. It was a perfect deal for me, because I bought this model when it was on sale. Another benefit I got purchasing this product was it came with free delivery, set-up and haul away of an old TV. I'm very happy with the purchase and would recommend this TV.

We did a great deal of research on the TVs having owned Sony and Samsung flat screens. We wanted another TV for a bedroom without paying a huge price. This TV has an incredible picture and options at a very low price. It does have a somewhat silver edge to it so if you are seeking all black, just keep that in mind on this model. We have been very pleased.
