This was a partial Christmas gift for myself and my boyfriend (his mom pitched in on cost as well), but the quality of this tv is amazing. We didn't need the smartTV since we have an Xbox; however, the smart features are extremely handy and easy to use. Especially for those who aren't tech savvy like myself! Great purchase and size.

I ordered this T.V. online, and shortly after it was delivered, it would only turn on properly about once every twenty attempts. I put it back in the box and brought it to the nearest Best Buy and they replaced it for me quickly and without any fuss. The new T.V. they gave me works great, looks fantastic and is easy to set up and use. I am very happy with this item!

Great picture, refresh rate looks good not great just a little glitchy sometimes but I actually think it is when the tv is trying to up convert a lower signal like 780p to 4K. Watched sports and blue ray action movies and the picture is awesome. With the money you save definitely get yourself a soundbar with a subwoofer because the speakers are just not that good.

This was my first time buying an LG tv and was a little uncertain at first since we have had great experiences with Sharp. The picture is great and my husband has commented multiple times about how happy he is with the purchase. It is easy to operate and fits nicely into our console that originally was holding a 40 inch tv.

This TV is amazing! And for the price I paid for it it was an excellent buy! Also the customer service was amazing. I can be a difficult customer and the associate was so patient with me and answered all my questions and helped me find the best deal!

Very impressed with LG's 55" 4K Ultra HD TV. Easy set up, very clear and sharp picture. Even enhances viewing of older TV shows and movies. Connected to my home theater speakers &DVD, excellent output.

This tv is the best thing i have owned in a long time i have cancer and watch a lot of tv i surf the web watch 4k movies. the picture is awesome i only made a few adjustments and got the picture i was looking for. this a great tv for the price.

Tv is crisp and clear, and we couldn't be happier. 4k programming is limited at the moment, but this is a definite upgrade over our old reliable Samsung Plasma.

Enjoying the sharp picture. It is light weight, so mounting was easy. Setup was intuitive. Still working on how to add apps. SlingTv, for example, was not available to add. I had to purchase an additional streaming device to use it. Overall, would recommend the TV.

Have experienced LG in past and think their products are decent. Heard that the "must have" features are both "Smart" and "4K". This TV has both and i'm not disappointed. Love the ease of using NetFlix on this TV and the picture quality is simply incredible. I am very pleased with the purchase.

I hooked up my new tv and right away had my dish going.it was so simple to start to browse and watch Netflix.the remote is easy to make jumps from one source to another. The picture is clear and has great color.the tv speakers are good and I enjoy watching and listening to it.

i purchased this tv as part of the black friday deals. it was way more than what i was looking for in a tv but it was a superb deal. the picture on the tv is amazing. the only issue was had what so ever was not actually with the tv. we had it plugged into a energy saving power strip which would turn the tv off any time the screen went black. it would however turn itself back on most of the time. but we called customer service at LG before we figured out what the issue was and they were fantastic. it is plugged into the wall now, and it's been perfect ever since. i also thought it was interesting that the tv when first set up even linked itself with my LG washing machine so that i could review its diagnostics on the tv screen if desired. i have not done so, but assume it would be easy enough as it was linking on its own.

Bought this right before Superbowl 50 for $699. Pros: color quality Viewing angles Gaming (destiny and bf4 on Xbox one so far) Built in apps Internal "chromecast" Price Cons: Glossy bezel reflects lights, most other TV's have a flat finish No info button that I can find to tell you if your picture is being upscaled. Not easy to stream 4k YouTube. Most videos with an ad play in HD and then the video does as well. Can't find anyway to force it to play in 4k. Netflix app crashes most of the time, usually use my chromecast instead. YouTube and Amazon video work great though. Basic remote, was hoping for a magic one. Other thoughts: TV is connected to a Yamaha rxv653 receiver with hdmi 2 cables. I also have the TV hardwired for internet, and I have a 100Mbps connection. I wish there was more settings in the YouTube app to control video quality like on a phone or PC. If you are gaming on this, make sure to set the picture to "game" otherwise there is a good 1second delay. Overall it is a great TV for the price and I would buy it again.

I purchased TWO of these tvs for my bedroom and living room. Not only were they from a solid company in LG, but they were incredibly well priced for Ultra HD tvs. I have Verizon Fios and the tv in the living room is directly plugged into router with 100/100 speeds which means great quality picture not only when viewing cable shows live but also when streaming from Netflix or Hulu. I love the picture!! My only problem and the reason I couldn't give this tv 5 stars is the fact that the tv in my bedroom won't automatically connect to wi-fi and even when I do it manually, the tv seems to lose the signal and I'm unable to stream things directly to it. I have an Apple TV so I'm still able to stream to it but whats the point of a smart tv if it's well........NOT SMART! I'll have to call LG about this and may actually request a replacement as I feel it might be related to the tv more so than anything else. I could be wrong though. One thing is for sure, I will be trading it for the same model as I do like everything else about this tv.

I was definitely familiar with the LG Brand being known for great TVs but this one blew me away. The 4k Ultra HD TV has crisp and clear picture while also bringing out the best in color. I'm very happy with this purchase and recommend it to anyone.

Great deal on this tv before black friday. Has great picture, the smart features are good, can have a slight lag at times but all in all a great deal!

I would recommend this TV to anyone who is interested in a 4K high definition TV. For the price its really good compared to competitors. So far i really have enjoyed it. Don't listen to poor reviews. People are never 100% happy. I can tell you it works fine.

Was worried when the internal circuit board had to be replaced right after i sat down to enjoy it. But after three days of LG service calls the part came in with a local LG service man. I am loving the pic. 4k youtube is awesome and the sound is enough and controls to get to web good.
