The tv looks nice. But it started turning off by itself after 2 weeks of owning it. The netflix app stopped working completely and even after I restarted everything, and downloaded the new software, it still wasn't working. Best buy told me that I bought the tv 20 days ago, so there is nothing they can do about it. I even asked if I can just exchange it, thinking maybe it's just his one that is faulty. Instead, they made me contact LG directly. I've now had 2 separate occasions talking to LG on the phone and still, nobody has come out to help me with this tv. It was just manufactured and have had it for only a few weeks.

I purchased this item online so fo r the price it is a good tv. One of the things one may want to consider when buying a TV is the true black. This TV does not have that and my old tv did. it makes the picture clearer. Overall for the features and price it is a very good deal.

Bought this TV a week before the Super Bowl . The price was right and I could not be happier with my purchase. This TV has exceeded my expectations I would recommend to anyone looking to upgrade to 4k.

I can't believe how well and knowledgeable the Best Buy staff is when it comes to whatever you are buying at the store. I came in to buy a vacuum cleaner and came out buying a tv. Good customer service.

I upgraded to this 55" 4k LED from a 50" plasma. The picture is so clear even without a 4K dvd player, I am totally satisfied this this tv. I purchased it on sale which is even better for the price.

Great TV with great features. First tv I bought had issues with the display after an update applied. Returned the same day and received great service and a easy replacement. New tv works flawlessly!

The 55" LG tv is nice and the price was great ($599). It's 4K Ultra HD LED. When I got it home I didn't really feel like the picture was quite as good as my old LCD tv. It makes non HD shows look worse (obviously fuzzy/blurry compared to HD channels) than my last tv. On HD channels it's pretty good except the picture always seems to look slightly faded, especially blue colors/graphics. I've adjusted the settings and it's about the same. I may have to resort to paying for a tech to come out and do their magic to set the tv to it's absolutely most ideal settings via calibration equipment. I like the tv but feel like it's not quite what it should be picture wise thus far.

Replaced a Samsung LED that kept sporadically turning off and on. This one was much less expensive, a larger screen size for the same footprint, and a better picture. What's not to like?

Connect to cable box with HDMI and switched to HD channels and was amazed with the picture clarity and contrast. Connect to internet was easy and my spouse can go directly to Netflix.

The product could not be easier to integrate. It simply plugs, plays, and delivers outstanding video. The wireless Internet integration took less than two minutes to accomplish.

Bought this for my daughter who lives in Brooklyn. It was delivered on time and the seteup Techs knew what they were doing. My daughter has been very pleased with this TV

I've only had the tv for a few weeks, however it has been great thus far. After searching thru reviews and comparing prices, this appears to be the exact tv I was looking for.

Easy to install and connect to other home devices. Family members commented the the picture was better than a movie. the most difficult operation was getting it registered.

I researched televisions online for many months before getting this on sale for Christmas. I couldn't be happier with the setup and ease of use, and the picture is great!

The screen is very good and gives the feeling of a cinema with the lights off. Even my parents who are not tech-savvy find the interface intuitive and easy to use.

it has inbuilt apps which is really good.Was able to do live streaming via web browser. The one thing I am missing is I could not connect bose sound link wirelessly.

Great tv my only problem is that my home stereo only accepts Bluetooth so I need to get a better stereo , otherwise the tv speakers are excellent on there own. The tv is awesome I love it in every way a tv can be loved
