One page of written installation and setup instructions would have earned an excellent rating. The online guide leaves a lot to be desired. Info on easy access via wifi to the computer isn't readily available.

I bought this TV because it had a tuner built in, which has performed better than expected. I do not have internet so I have not used the smart TV function yet.

Got this for my bedroom because my bed is 12 feet from the wall. I thought it was gonna be too small but it fits just right. I would definitely get another LG

Bought on black Friday for a good deal. It's a good LED/LCD IPS display but not very good blacks. Kinda looks grey in dark areas of a movie. Streams movies through Amazon and Netflix very good. Still missing HBO

I was not sure if I need a 4K TV but when I get it, I know I did the right decision. The webOS interface is easy to use and the great quality. I am happy.

We appreciated the fact that the screen LEDs are not simply glued in like some of the cheaper brands. LG puts some reasonable quality in its manufacturing process to ensure longevity. Good value.

I absolutely love this tv and its features! But what i found to be somewhat cheap about this tv are the built in speakers are not as loud as i was expecting:( Other than that I`d give this tv 5 stars

For this price this is an amazing TV. For DVD and BLuray upscaling seems to work great. I don't not have any 4k Content yet. Cable TV upscaling does not work perfectly. Seems to sometimes stutter.

The TV is like a computer, i no longer have to connect my laptop to stream movies. Netflix,Hulu, and other apps included.Best of all is the webOS.

my first smart tv and I like it, I had to platy with the color but it all worked outing my kids love to watch netflix and you tube on it as well.

The tv is very thin, light, amazing picture quality, every single app you could think of, great speakers, wifi. Definitely best bang for buck.

Purchased as gift for my in-laws. Great mid-range TV for the price. Has smart features and screen mirroring. Also has great image and sound.

Pretty good TV. Haven't stopped using it. And I love the internet features and the app that lets you use your iPhone with it as a control.

So I've had this TV for about 3 weeks now & was very happy with it until recently when I noticed large green & red line distortions that randomly appear in the picture. Not what I expected from an LG TV. I will definitely be getting this unit replaced & may even go with a different manufacturer. I owned a 42" Olevia for 11 years & never had an issue. Word of advice, don't pay for the name. It would be a 5 star TV otherwise. Very disappointed.
