waiting for my installer to come back and install. Again
My first tv was delivered cracked. So after paying for an installer to install he couldn't do it. Now I have to pay again to have it installed.

I ordered a tv for Christmas and it was delivered damaged. The driver pointed out the damage to the box and said the tv would probably be ok. He took a picture of the damaged box upon delivery. Well I unpacked the tv and turned it on. Nothing came up on the screen except a very large crack. I know these things happen but the family didn’t get this Christmas present. They are replacing it, but not until after New Years. Very disappointed. I would think some sort of discount or upgrade would be appropriate. Noone from BB ever contacted us when we reported the issue.

One step you can try once the new unit arrives is inspecting the packaging and screen before fully unboxing, as this helps ensure everything is intact before setup. Picture quality isn’t all that great seems to be blurry on some pictures.
Hi, Stephen. Thank you for sharing your experience with the LG TV (55QNED70AUA) model. We understand the importance of having a remote that feels intuitive and easy to navigate. For this model, one helpful step is to enable the Quick Access feature, which lets you assign your most‑used apps or inputs to specific number keys. Press and hold a number button for a few seconds while on the desired app/input to save it. This can make the remote feel much more streamlined and reduce the need to navigate through menus. For more guidance, visit https://www.lg.com/us/support/product/lg-55QNED70AUA.AUS. We’d be glad to take a closer look and help make the remote easier to use. Please send us an email at [email protected] so we can assist further. ^Juvy
